- This is hotel is top with a great restaurant and a very good breakfast offer. The view from the restaurant over Krakow when havinf dinner is absolutely worth dinning in the Kossak hitel
Cons -
- There was nothing to fault
- Front entrance isn’t particularly obvious, the main road outside is quite loud but not a major issue.
- the rooftop bar was closed when we were there and so could only go into the restaurant ( which just wasn’t the same ) , prices in the lobby bar are expensive as well ( similar to UK hotel prices ), which put us off having a drink in there. Not much going on around the hotel which in some ways was nice but others meant it was a bit quiet

Newly renovated hotel with great amenities, the rooms were superb for the cost and theLocation was a decent walk to the Old town but even in the extreme cold was reasonably nice.

Staff was helpful, room was spacious, good smell. Sauna was great! Breakfast was okay - not special. not much noise from outside.
Breakfast should be more varied, no porridge example. But was okay for three days
Well, what can I say, one of the best four-star hotels. The room wasn't very big for a family of four, but there was enough space. It was clean, without any strange odors. The breakfast was 5+. A wide selection of food. My wife had two types of spa massages, and she really liked it.
Staff couldn’t do enough for us!! So polite, helpful and welcoming. They had a birthday cake waiting in the room for my partner. They make the hotel!
Due to the location, Saturday night revellers were outside at 4am and very loud.
Location, staff where so good and breakfast fantastic
The bar was not very inviting, could do more to improve it.
Everything was great, beautiful rooms and super clean, good customer service.
Location was great, the rooms were clean and lovely decor
Nothing it was gteat
The breakfast was terrific! Good variety of dishes and everything is fresh. The coffee was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The room was of a good size and very nicely decorated.
I can not think of anything we did not like.
This was my second stay at the Hotel Kossak and yet again it met all of my expectations. Wonderful staff and food. They went above and beyond for my daughters 18th birthday, with balloons and cake. Can't wait to stay again in the summer.
Only issue was the rooms were a little too warm and I couldn't work out the thermostat, but then again I didn't ask either.
Hotel was spotlessly clean, good location about 10 minutes from the old town. Great breakfast and really friendly staff.
Unfortunately the hotel can’t accomodate us but booked us in a really nice hotel Teatr.
We have’t experience staying at the hotel.
Location was great, a lot of choice at breakfast - they even provided a take away breakfast for an early morning trip. Beds were very comfortable.
The rooms were very warm, we turned the thermostat down but didn’t seem to make a difference. Bit of a wait for breakfast on the last day - when we got in the table hadn’t been cleaned or reset and there was a shortage of cutlery.
Good service and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Location was exceptional and we enjoyed the focus on staying environmentally conscious. Reception was very helpful with any questions and the view was phenomenal.
Nothing, felt like the stay exceeded our expectations.
,Location, room size, comfortable bed, excellent pillows, breakfast - they all were perfect. Everything was new and clean.
Nothing to complain.
Great location, very nice friendly staff, lovely room with castle view, free city bikes available
NO negatives to report
The room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views of Wawel Castle and the Vistula River. Waking up to that view every morning was such a treat! The bed was wonderfully cozy, and every little touch—from the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar—added to the comfort.
Th room had a beautiful view over the river and was really peaceful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold foods. The roof top bar was lovely at the end of a days exploring to relax, but most of all the staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you! We went for an Anniversary break and were gifted a bottle of wine and a dessert, such a lovely touch.
