All the questions that appeared, even if they weren't associated with the hotel, were answered by the staff. It was 700m away from Tauron arena, so it was a perfect stay for an event I was attending there. The breakfast in the cafeteria was really good. The hotel itself is easily orientated. My room was quite big for the price and it was stacked with appliances (mobile radiator, kettle, etc.).

The parking space was small and I had to leave my vehicle on the driveway. The bar was closed after 11pm. Rather small TV. Otherwise I was not left dissatisfied.

It was very quiet and clean. The staff are amazing. It may not be near from the Old Town or other tourist areas but it is very near the tram stop. So it is still convenient. Even if it’s far, I feel that it’s a better place to stay bec you will be far from the noise as well!

The breakfast buffet was really tasty and with a good selection of dishes available.The check-in was really straightforward and quick.Interior design is definitely a departure from the millenial greige and is cozy.Room amenities do include a minifridge which is helpful.

The shower was a little tight but perfectly serviceable - absolutely on par for rooms in this price range.

24 hour desk - essential as our flight was diverted. Comfortable room, very good shower. Nice scrambled eggs, congenial staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is quite cozy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It’s located in a quiet area, which makes it great for a peaceful rest. Breakfast was good, buffet-style with enough variety.The hotel is very close to Tauron Arena, so if you’re coming for a concert or any event there, this is definitely the best place to stay. However, it’s quite far from the city center, so I wouldn’t recommend it for sightseeing — though there’s a tram and bus stop nearby, which makes it easy to get around.

The breakfast is very decent, even though there's no variety of food to eat, vegetables are very fresh and the scrambled eggs are tasty.

Lovely, clean, and cozy hotel located near a beautiful park with incredible fountains — a must-see if you're staying at the hotel. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a restful stay. There's a tram stop right in front of the hotel, offering easy access to the historical city center in just 10 minutes. The breakfast is very good, and free parking is available right in front of the building.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the beautiful city of Krakow. I would be happy to come back again!

Breakfast ok but could be improved. Chambermaid entered room, immediately after knocking, and we were getting dressed. Quilt too small for 2 people.

It's a very nice building in a perfect location next to a large park and close to the arena, next to a tram station. Super friendly staff and everything was as advertised. Breakfast was perfect and nice presented.

Very clean, great location (tram to get to the city centre is right next to the hotel and it takes 10-15min), renovated modern rooms, nice and attentive staff. They went above and beyond for us with breakfast as we were the only guests (xmas time).

The room exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and spacious with 2 bathrooms and a separate space for our daughter. The location was easy to get to, and it is also convenient if you like to take a tram and explore the Old Town of Krakow as there is a direct line to the old town which takes approximately 15 mins. The staff in the hotel is extremely nice and helpful, we appreciate that! The breakfast was also great with many options to choose from. Thank You!

The only 2 things that could be improved is the food in the restaurant ( a la carte), considering there are only few places to eat nearby. And the second, the fact that the room temperature is centrally managed did not help, as it was quite warm in the room, hot day outside, so opening windows did not help.

Great accommodation, comfortable room, excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet environment, on the edge of a nice park. Close to Tauron arena. Super!

No acoustic isolation; you can hear your neighbours talking and enjoying themselves in the middle of the night. LED night in the bathroom making funny sounds. Unsafe door mats at the entrance. Unintuitive and obsolete facilities.
