Great location. Staff was helpful in all interactions .

There was no safe in the room as advertised. Staff acknowledged this but said it should be there. There was also no indication of where the safe had been securely anchored to something.

The room was clean and the location was very good, with easy access to everything.

The balcony was directly above the garbage area, and due to the strong smell and many flies, we couldn’t open the windows. The balcony faced an alley between buildings, not the city center view shown in the photos. The air conditioner was leaking water all night until the morning, even with the windows closed, and when I reported it via the number sent to me by SMS, I received no response. I also spoke with the virtual assistant at the reception, who said they would inform the manager and fix it by 11 a.m. the next day, but no one came. Additionally, there was water leakage from the shower cabin.

The breakfast was outstanding. Very nice restaurant and good food. Just a short walk away.

Very clean and modern room. Comfortable, quiet night’s sleep. Lots of restaurants very close by

A bit far away from the Old Town area

Virtual reception worked good, room was spacious and very clean, breakfas was served in a near restaurand and it was very good.

Location

Ok with a small case but we had a large case which was very awkward because of the several flights of stairs and no lift ..not a problem for us but would be for an older person .Bed could be more comfortable and the room was too hot also a missing smoke detector on the ceiling which isn’t great if there was an emergency..

Location was fantastic and the facility was excellent and extremely well presented the building is amazing the brickwork and iron was a fantastic it was a great apartment

- Location - right in the middle of the "Old City", right next to where the make the best "Zapiekanki" in Krakow, but at least 30 mins walk to the main square- Check in process - quick and smooth- Soundproofing- Decor

- Cleanliness - awful, the shower looked horrible and there was blood on the wall in the bathroom, had to call to clean it all- Size - much smaller than what it looks like on the pictures, it's not an apartment, it's a tiny studio flat, where you can hear another person breathing in the bathroom - Tiny balcony - Facing a an overgrown courtyard, building and other apartment, every time I went out the woman from opposite window was staring at me - yes it was that close- Front door lock - issues with the lock- Heating - it turns off automatically (or goes down to 21) after a short while, not nice when you in the country when in winter is -15!Price - way too expensive for what you receive!

Room was tidy and modern No problems with communicating with staff over booking.com messages

WiFi connection was terrible

The location of the apartment was very good. Within walking distance of many places we wanted to visit. Also, although, there is no breakfast on site, there is a cooperation with a lovely breakfast bar just 150 m away and the breakfast and atmosphere was lovely.

The beds were not very comfortable. The heating system is wireless control by the management and we could not turn up the heat although it was minus outside. It was not cold, but there was a chill at some moments.

The smells from the pizza place and music playing into the early hours. As a result, I would not stay here again or recommend it to friends or family.

The location is perfect, right in the Jewish quarter surrounded by many restaraunts, bars, shops. It is situated across the street from a plaza with a lot of takeaway food (try the zapiekanka!). There is a Carrefour across the street as well. I loved not having to worry about a key; you enter only w/ codes they send you. The room was spacious (comes w/ a couch), super cozy (exposed brick walls), and the shower had great water pressure. They have a "virtual reception," where you press a button and someone replies. It was actually efficient and there is no need to have someone there 24/7.

The internet is very slooowww, less than 2 mbps upload/ download speed :(( I'm a digital nomad (work online) and so fast internet is important for me. The mattresses were super soft. (It would have been helpful to state which floor the Room # is located on..in the instructions)

Nice design, quite new and looks fresh. Great windows, great size of the room. Self check in and out.

No day curtain, towel dryer was not working so it was quite cold in bathroom. As market is next to the building oil smell is always there if you open the window.

Nice room, nice breakfast. Good location. Easy to check in and out. They let us check in before 14:00 so that was really nice of them

We had a very good stay. The room was spacious, very nice decorated, the bathroom also nicely done, a very good shower.There was a little kettle, tea/ coffee and a fridge which was really handy. Air condition working well, very needed in the summer. Around the hotel you will find many restaurant, also shops/markets. This is very busy area. At night it gets really busy and nosy on the weekend (earplugs recommended). Very easy access to the hotel, no reception desk, you need a code for the door. Breakfast very good in the restaurant outside the hotel, 5 min walk distance. Close to the main sightseen.Definitely would recommend.

The location and amenities. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working and some light bulbs weren't working.

Location was ideal, in the heart of Kazimierz and 15-20min away from Rynek Market place (by foot) and 10min away from Wavel Castle. I did the walk almost every day and it was very enjoyable! Great coffee shops and bars around.Room was very pretty and comfortable!

No elevatorI didn't get the code for my door as my phone was on international plan but when I call at the desk someone replied right away to help.

We liked everything about it, good for price. Perfect location. Booked it for the terrace really, and we loved it.

But bed needs to be changed, not nice to sleep on and very noisy when moving around.

Clean, air-conditioned (it was 32°c in Krakow so this was welcome), well located in a bustling bohemian quarter of the city. Shower was lovely.

Everything was great. Only thing that would have improved it would have been better internet in our room. It worked, but with poor signal and intermittent drop outs.
