Station Aparthotel

good wifi, about 3 min to the train station platform, friendly staffs.

There is no cups and coffee in the room, not as in the hotel photo description, it is faraway to get a cup og hot coffee from the 2nd floor next building. the wood bed is too loud when you flip around. the mattress is very soft.

Absolutelly best location: few minutes walk from both train and bus station. Close to the Old Town, but quiet and not spoiled by drunk turists. Absolutelly great customer service. Basic, but very clean room with bathroom. Food and drinks available near buy and shopping available in the mall just across the short walk using tunnel under the train station.

Good location, close to bus station

The shower was broken and water very cold, bedsheets were smelly and bed frame used to make noise when moving.Bathroom didn’t look clean

The bed was very comfy location is also very good

No TV but no biggie

24 hour check in was what we needed as we arrived at 4:30am and needed a bed until 10am.

The shower had very limited hot water!

It was adjacent to the train and bus Station. Just a block from a huge mall and maybe 4 blocks from Krakow main city square.

Stairs.....

Location of the hotel was great and close to shops and major transport. Rooms were basic with shared facilites. Neighbourhood was generally quite but the room was well lit all night. Staff were friendly and spoke english. No TV in room and only basic furniture.

No TV. Room remained well lit all night due to street lights.

Very clean, great location. Quiet. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and spoke great English, which helps me a lot. 3 mins from bus and train station. Close to food and anything you could need.

All good!

Exceptional location for a traveller spending the night in Krakow and heading for an early flight. The rooms have been recently renovated, so the bed linen and mattress felt like new.

Climbing stairs with a heavy suitcase might be challenging; no power socket close to the bed.

Clean, quiet, polite and helpful staff, perfectly situated

All was good

Lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful despite my very late check-in.24 hours reception desk is a great benefit

Very basic rooms

Hotel is situated right next to main (central) train station but still very quiet. The old city center is just about 15 mins walk away. Rooms are clean and spacious. The reception is 24h open.

Furniture quite old and used. Beds are very hard. There was a shortage of towels during our stay.

The backyard was beautiful to take a rest in, and the central position of the hotel makes it an easy choice

My bed was short and not fitted into the room so well, so it was not so comfortable to sleep

Disappointing

When you arrive late after 1am at night from long trip and want to have a rest because you need to wake up early in the morning but people from the next rooms and all around are so loud, and no one from staff controles it. It's not acceptable. Very bad bed, every your turn is so loud, unpossible to sleep.Unfortunately not happy with this hotel

Friendly staff, great location

Room was very basic, no lifts so was challenging lugging suitcases up three flights of stairs

Handy location for late arrivals. Front reception seemed a little annoyed about our late arrival. 24 hour deal was however advertised. Beds are a little small. Otherwise convenient for a one night stay

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station. The hotel also allows guests to store their luggage after check-out, which was incredibly convenient and essential for our itinerary.

Your need to share the bathroom with other rooms, so be aware of this information.

The decoration was a bit tired but everything worked well and it was quiet

The location only.

Not enough hot water in the shower. Paper thin walls.Uncomfortable squeaky bed which actually broke by the morning. No proper curtains (too short, too bright), run down furniture, mildewy smell. No mirror in the room (only in the shared bathroom)

- Great location if you need to be near the railway station- check in and check out were fast and unproblematic

- No bathroom in the room- no hair dryer (so I couldn’t even wash the hair as I had no possibility to dry it fast), no kettle, no glasses for water- sound insulation is non existant, the walls are paper thin so you will hear every single whisper in the corridor
