Sky Hotel Kraków

Clean and tidy room. Shower great, comfy bed and great night sleep. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location near train station and all attractions.

Nothing I can fault.

Well located , polite staff and very very clean. Comfortable rooms and stylishly decorated .

Beautiful room, clean, extremely well located and to top it staff are really nice, always ready to help. Next time in Poland it’s the obvious choice. Well done Sky Hotel, 5* all the way

Location is great Stuff are pleasant

Bad pillows and blankets, it was cold inside and it was noisy when the train passed near our windows

Good location about 10 minutes walk to old town. Lovely and clean rooms very comfortable staff friendly and nice bar for a nightcap.

The Hotel Staff were more than helpful and courteous. The hotel was located a the top of the park but was perfect for us as we were able to walk in different directions through the park then. The facilities were excellent, while we didn't book any tours through the hotel they did have all maps and options available at reception and did offer them to me, i just had them pre booked.

some people might have questioned the noise from passing trains but honestly this did not bother us and our room was right beside a track - we could hear them but it did not keep us awake.

Room was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location - very good. Comfortable bed. Very clean room.

Love everything about it

Really comfortable rooms, very clean, friendly and helpful staff on reception. They looked after our bags all day for free even after we had checked outIt is just 5 minutes to the train and bus stations and a few minutes from the old townI would definitely stay there again

Everything was perfect

Very close to city center and mall. The staff very helpful. Clean and comfortable room

Clean, spacious and modern rooms with everything needed for the stay. Great location with easy access to the old town, shops and train station. Would highly recommend. Water every day in the room was a nice touch. Would definitely return!

Spotlessly clean, well run with friendly professional staff. Central location next to train station and main attractions

Beautiful hotel. Room was modern and comfortable. Underfloor heating in the bathroom

We were beside the railway line. It didn’t bother us but maybe some people wouldn’t like that. There is earplugs in the room if needed.

Great staff......lovely & clean.....warm shower

Attic room.......strangest layout ever......I'm 5'9""......hit my head multiple times......floor area was big enough for a 5 aside game with the bed and all the furniture shoved into one corner. No windows......just 2 velux. Thin duvet.7

Location Comfy beds Clean room Warm Amenities were good Breakfast

Nothing it was brilliant

Very nice, big and comfortable rooms, also very clean with a lot of space for clothes and luggage. The location is nice and pretty close to the city center, the train station and also a big mall. I would come back.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

the hotel Staff was exceptional!- ever each member (from front desk staff to domestic service team) we met was very helpful, friendly, polite. the rooms were very comfortable and spotless clean, true relfection in hotel photos/info on their website; everything was 10 out of 10.

We arrived exhausted after our train broke down and stranded us overnight. Damien on reception was incredibly helpful and sorted out an early check in even though they were full. The location is just outside the crush of old city but an easy walk. Opposite the Galleria shopping center which also houses the Krakow railway station. Room were clean and staff exceptionally helpful.

Great location close to the main square. Very friendly helpful staff and a beautiful ambiance. Immaculately clean and the cloud ceiling in bedroom was a delight

The property is very central, close to the railway station and shopping centre and within a short walk of the old town. Room was immaculately clean and the staff were very friendly. I liked that the hotel has rooms that cater for solo travelers

Not Applicable

So central, it’s really close to everything - transport, restaurants, bars and shopping centre

Little noisy from the trains
