The room had plenty of space and a full kitchen which was a nice positive.

We booked through the option to select specific apartment at check-in. HUGE mistake due to fraudulent information on the listing. The listing clearly states that the apartments are in "Old Town" but the options given were miles outside of actual Old Town.

Good location. Near the Christmas market location/s and old town proper. Property is easy to find. Near to restaurants and mini groceries.

The linens and towels can be improved. Towels are already grayish in color (supposed to be white) and the bedsheet is very thin - I can actually see through the mattress cover. I raised this concern but did not get any response at all. Sleeping comfort was an issue. The towel hook was defective thus I was not able to use it - they offered to have it repaired but I requested not to anymore as it will just interrupt my schedule.

Location was the best.

Pretty complicated instructions as how to get the key. Without perfect English, it would be hard to understand.

The shower is a huge problem! The drain is completely clogged. This was a major problem trying to shower. Mold in the shower as well. Overall would not stay here again due to shower issue.

Everything was spotless and perfect. Location is amazing and all related information is received in a timely manner by Hotel staff. Highly recommend!

Modern, spacious, clean, has all you need for short stay, excellent location

No luggage storage, little toilet paper so had to purchase more, shower hang fell down, pillows too soft

Very clean. Very central. Staff was on hand via telephone to help, which was much appreciated.

Gaining entry to the building was a bit of a convoluted process, but I managed after calling a very helpful staff member.

The location, equipments.

2 bim bin bags is insufficient for 4 nights, because we should have thrown the dustbin of the baby change.

Location to main square, cleanliness compact 2 bedroom apartment but was perfect for us.

The stairs to the bedrooms are modern looking but not most practical for getting up and down, didn’t feel entirely safe.

Perfect apartment ? central to everything! The square is a few steps away. Felt so safe during our stay as well. You have everything you need in the apartment. Being central you would think it would have some noise! You could have heard a pin drop. 10/10 ?

The bed could have been a little more comfortable but again it could be self-preference.

Couldn’t fault it! Apartment was great and comfy, reciting you could need. Great location and communication!

Stairs were a lil scary in the apartment but everything else great!

The location was absolutely perfect! The apartment is in the center of the city; very convenient. The room was clean, with all the essentials, an the decoration was interesting. Also, important to say that there was always hot water in the shower. You get the key from a box and the process of accessing the apartment, even if you arrived late, is easy and efficient. You can contact the owner via WhatsApp if there is any issue and the reply is fast.

The room was quite cold, especially in the night. There is a heater in the apartment, but still it wasn't enough to get the room in the right temperature. The bed it's quite uncomfortable, the mattress needs to be exchanged. The elevator was under construction half the days we were there, so people who cannot use the stairs need to be aware of it.

Location was perfect.The apartment where we stayed (Nr.1) was clean, spacious and had all the conditions for a nice, warm and confortable stay (we slept 3 nights on Christmas time).Kitchen had all the utensils to prepare meals and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules.Bed and pillows were confortable.Comunication with the staff was by booking and whatsapp and it went very well. The instructions for opening the doors were very clear.Loved itI recommend staying at Florianska 32 ☺️

I loved the comfortable bed and location of the place

It took too many steps to enter the room and you have to jiggle the key many times to open the door. The bathroom sink was clogged and there was no A/C
