Best breakfast I've ever had, a lot of options available; room was large and nicely decorated, spa & swimming clean area very clean and large.

Better sleeping pillows would be good for a more comfortable sleep. The curent ones are too harsh ....

Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Great breakfast. Friendly service. Very good saunas as well as the gym facilities. Would happily stay here again.

A wall mounted heater in the bathroom would be great for drying swimming gear. Coffee could have been better at breakfast but thats a minor gripe.

Stay awaaaaay from this hotel. FAR away.....

The cheating receptionist that forced me to pay for 3 days of parking, in spite of the fact that I played him a recorded call with another receptionist of the hotel, who said the first night of parking at the hotel will be given as a complementary to us.Breakfast - most of the food is cold. Ever tried eating cold bacon? So you know what I mean.Now because of the paid parking, "cheaters" , "liars", name them however you want. I'm not going back to this hotel.

Pretty much everything was perfect about this place. Clean, comfortable rooms, good proximity to parks and historic downtown, awesome breakfast with insane variety of food options, and family friendly pools. Highly recommended

Extra clean, new and fresh.

Little bit confusing to find rooms, elevators, way to pool, as Hotel is divided in to two buildings. Not a big problem, just not so comfortable to get where you want fast and easy.The same is with underground parking as there is two buildings - some extra signs would be helpful

I love the rooms and overall facilities , also it’s great to have spa even for overnight stay.

I’ve been here already 6 times and finally I stopped taking breakfasts because it has to be improved! There is a good selection of bread, salats and fruits , also the farmer corner is good BUT I can’t eat anything of warm selections it is either not tasty or burned. When I asked chef to make just 2 plain eggs - he did and those were completely brown instead of white , how do I give it to the child ? On 3 day stay my kid only eat bread and yogurt as there are no porridges available and warm selections already mentioned above ….

The property is quite unique, a hotel transformed from a previous vodka brewery. We liked the cleanliness and design, but missed areas for children to play. Maybe the skylight as well as the glasses hall between buildings could be turned into winter gardens to offer some nature to look at? It would be so nice to look at the lush Green from the lovely swimming pool on the ground floor. Also, next time we will ask for a fridge in the room as we travel with children and need to provide snacks for them, the mini bar was too warm to store food. The booking was a bit confusing about breakfast available but not included in the price. I would have added to the booking, had I known it was cheaper this way.

A very decent place. We liked everything. The staff is very friendly. Everything is like new. It is nice and clean everywhere. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was big and comfy. The spa area is well done and has a lot of things to offer. The breakfast was exceptionally good. It is a little far away from the city center and other interesting locations, this is the only small downside.

All good, close to the offices. Really nice staff, nice surroundings.

bath not a shower no access to balcony and breakfast was cold not worth the money therefore we had breakfast in Krakow square for the rest of our stay.

The location is good if you are happy to use the 10 minute tram. Room size and style is lovely. Facilities are really good. Entrance is lovely.

A mini bar in the room would have been great. The pool is great but very busy as it is open to the public. The lane swimming is slightly annoying. Could have done with an iron in the room and swimming pool slippers and gown.

Friendly reception services, fast check in and check out. Underground gym and swimming pool is really nice and well kept. At certain times the gym was over crowded but it's expected as in any gym. There are changing rooms with lockers and staff are very helpful. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice, overall great hotel stay. There's Carrefour supermarket right next to the hotel as well which is really convenient!

Underground parking is overpriced, there could be a special deal for hotel guests.

The room was big and we had plenty of space for the four of us. We had two toilets which was very nice! Breakfast was yummy. The pool area was enjoyed by the kids each evening of our stay.

Nice breakfast buffet, full gym (but very busy in the evening), friendly staff, comfortable room.
