Cons -
- It's a bit out of the way but not a long taxi ride.
- When I came to the reception to the check-out, a man passed me without the hostess saying anything. And she took care of him without paying attention to me who had arrived first. The shampoo isn't so good, it was not appreciable to wash my hair.
- No refrigerator, no rainshower, mold in the shower.

All good, as usually. Well designed hotel and rooms, clean, good breakfast, nice location with a lake nearby, kettle in the room.
Nothing to add here. May be price only. It was a bit expensive for not a central location.
Property was clean, located close to public transport, and included great selection of delicious breakfast.

Staff very friendly
Poor choice of breakfast and i wasnt infor.ed about a la carte option, ,cheeses were dry and lack of choice. I simply expected a little better from a hotel in Krakow.

Liked the general standard of the hotel . Very nice room , Very nice public areas .Very clean .
I would have preferred a range of sliced breads for the breakfast .
Clean and modern hotel, very new. Lovely decor and spacious rooms.
Needed a bin in room
The rooms were neat and clean. The breakfast is included with the price of the room and is extremely fresh and robust! Reception was outstanding, gave us plenty of information and was extremely accommodating.
It’s a short cab drive away from the city center. Some may see this as a negative but I think it’s nice to be a bit away from the craziness of all of the tourist traps.
Check in was easy.Breakfast was nice.Room was clean.
I was getting ready in my room planning to check out at 12 which is the check out time. At 11:15 and 11:30 cleaners entered my room.
Good hotel, well presented, quiet at night. Delicious buffet breakfast with a wide selection. The location is good for someone driving into Krakow and not wanting to navigate the city centre. The hotel is somewhat on the outskirts, so the busiest roads are bypassed, but is an easy 20-25 minute Uber ride from the city centre.
My room was too hot and my inputs into the temp regulator on the wall didn't seem to make a difference. Also they could have provided a few more amenities like a mini-fridge and cutlery.
Quiet, breakfast very good
There was no trash can.
