Location. Room has nice amenities like fridge and air conditioning.

Bed was hard. Pillows small and flat, no support.

Breakfast was greatroo was clean staff where helpful

The location was amazing right beside old town and close to all the markets

There was a smell of sewage on the corridor the whole time it didn't seem to be in the bedrooms but was strong on the corridor. Breakfast was very disappointing and did not accommodate for any fussy eaters. We ended up finding somewhere to eat outside the hotel. There was a noise from the fridge in our room all night.

Fantastic location very close to Old Town, tram stops & Galeriz Krakowska.

Very central and cosy

1 flight of steps before you reach the lift. With luggages and a toddler we had to carry them up the stairs from outside to the lift.

Pleasant staff, clean room. Great location.

The only down fall was the stairs into it if your anyway frail. BUT perhaps there’s a different entrance for wheelchairs etc the man on the desk when we arrived was lovely and helpful the breakfast staff were also very nice. The lady on the desk on Sunday was very rude and snappy she didn’t speak and pointed and actually rolled her eyes at us never smiled once or asked how our stay was or anything

Location and cleanliness very good, breakfast was good can be crowded.

We were top floor and was far too hot for us.

Breakfast is good but no other option the same everyday staying for 5 days with the same breakfast seems sickening that’s why I didn’t go for the last 2 days .. otherwise still good though

Location ideal for Old Town and station. Good sized room and helpful staff

Cooked breakfast choice was limited and in warming pans for too long. Fresh breakfast choice was very good.

The property is old fashioned and smelled of drains. Staff pleasant but not overly friendly.Dining room small and cramped

Liked the size of the room and the location as it was very central.

I didn’t enjoy the breakfast however that’s a very personal opinion, doesn’t mean there wasn’t anything wrong with it. The hotel was very hard to find when we arrived that evening. Not very well sign posted. The shower was also very awkward as the handle was facing down toward the back wall and to lift it up it was nearly spraying your face or out the doors.

There was a horrible drain smell at the entrance to the hotel and sometimes in the bathroom. I think the hotel are aware of the issue .

Great location, close to rail to airport and good for exploring the whole city. Staff were really helpful.
