- I really liked the hotel. It was in a good neighborhood very close to restaurants and fast food options and only a 15min walk from the old town of Krakow. The staff was very friendly. Especially the girl that welcomed us upon our arrival, that gave us a lot of details on where to go and what to visit. She also booked us a trip to visit Zakopane, a small snowy town that is worth visiting. We really enjoyed our room, which was spacious and clean. The breakfast at the hotel had a lot of variety, it was tasteful and it was very nicely placed. In general, the whole experience was great!!!

Everything. well located, in Kazimierz but well accessible to rest of city and transport. Polite, helpful staff, new rooms mine with balcony. Spacious enough.
I wanted to book more nights after a couple of days away, but they were fully booked
Location cleanliness and size with all furniture were good
it is in middle of the drinking area so in weekends it is nosy, there was one small accident that during night some drunk person was screaming in corridor (we were at 1st floor) maybe it is better to get the room in upper stairs.

The staf and the room
Comfortable, clean room and great location. Friendly and helpful staff.
We were there for a 3 day break, the reception staf were very nice, room was lovely, modern and above all, clean.A 5 minute walk out takes you to a tram, and access to the old town etc or anywhere after that was simple,A 24 hour or 72 hour pass is the most convinent way to get round on the trams, and wandering round the city on foot is easy.
The hotel has a great location, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped.
I noticed some cleanliness issues—there were stains on the pillows and some hairs on the towels and bed. One of the power outlets in the room wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. While some staff members were very friendly and helpful, a few seemed rather unwelcoming or indifferent.
