Exceptional quality decor in the rooms. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Organised trips and restaurant bookings and helpful on advice on what to do.

Thought the hotel and staff were excellent, very clean and comfortable hotel with beautiful decor.Breakfast was delicious.

My only negative point, their was no bar, however if their was I might not have left the hotel!

Location fantastic, atmosphere and design fantastic, staff fantastic. Bed and especially pillows not so comfortable. Room too hot at night and air con. didn’t seem to work. We didn’t book breakfasts as we tend to skip them at home. We ate in the Fiorentina and found it exquisite, but perhaps an overpriced offering company with the hotel.

Firmer pillows. Lighter duvet given overall room warmth. Otherwise lovely. Would go back.

Beautifully decorated, boutique hotel, situated close to the main square in Krakow. Staff went above & beyond, to make our stay comfortable.

Loved the interior/ design .

It's a beautiful place tho there is no communal space/to have a drink etc. or just to sit.. Also better sound proofing would be advised for room facing on to Main Street .

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, every detail is beautiful and it’s located perfectly. Restaurant is delicious (voted best in Poland 2022.) Hotel staff were so gracious and accommodating. They went way above and beyond to help with my rental car and booking me a Thai massage. Airport pick up service they arranged for me was excellent. All in all 11/10! I will definitely stay here every time I fly into wonderful Krakow.

the hotel is worth every penny.. so beautiful.. so comfortable.. staffs so friendly and helpful.. I would go back again anytime.. it's location is perfect and the area is very lively and safe.. got chocolate and biscuits on arrival and I went for Christmas so got a surprise goodie box as a Christmas present.. very thoughtful and loved the personal touch

Absolutely everything! The room was extremely comfortable and the decor beautiful. So many special small thoughtful touches - fudge on a wooden leaf, a card with the next days weather forecast, and a amaretto and biscotti was a lovely welcome treat when I arrived. The view from the room was magical, with the sounds of an opera singer wafting up, or a violinist playing below, and the constant buzz of people walking up and down the street to the main square or to the Walwel Castle just around the corner. The soundproofing of the windows was perfect and I at night when I closed my windows I had the most wonderful sleep. The location was perfect everything in walking distance the staff could not do enough. They were so helpful in organising train tickets. Anything I needed was always supplied with a smile.

We arrived and were greeted by reception team who were friendly and helpful. The design throughout the hotel is absolutely delightful so much detail has gone into providing a comfortable stay. Thank you for all the chocolate treats left in our room. Also for the bubbles left to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. If you are visiting Krakow I would certainly recommend a stay here. Good location for sightseeing too ☺️

We stayed for 5 nights. We called 2 weeks before to request a street view room and were told yes. Paid for a superior room was given a very small & cramped room with a tiny window up at the ceiling that we couldn't reach or see through. The staff were quite ungracious about moving us to the room we had originally booked and didn't move us until then 3rd day. When we were moved the superior room was vastly bigger than the room we were in for the previous 2 nights. We were disappointed. The location is good.

Beautiful design, very comfortable, great staff, restaurant tasting menu was superb and breakfast was lovely including freshly baked bread and croissants, home made granola with fruit.

There is no hotel lounge and our room had high windows so no view. We went to a cafe when we just wanted to sit and read on a rainy afternoon.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. It’s walking distance to everywhere we wanted to see. Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. An excellent breakfast & a delicious meal in the restaurant made this a perfect destination.
