Everything about this hotel is excellent. Lovely staff, great breakfast, great facilities and appearance throughout. The lounge was fantastic and breakfast was really nice. It’s in a great location a 5-10 minute walk to the old town and in a quiet location.

Beautiful inside and out . Great location and made a real effort to decorate for Christmas . Rooms are lovely , Opus bar was very cosy with great service . We had breakfast one morning , it was lovely albeit a bit pricey . Gavi Resturant food and service was excellent .
We had hoped to spend New Years Eve in the hotel , however , the evening seemed a bit expensive for what was offered and we decided to go elsewhere .
Everything at the hotel is fabulous—the room, the location, and the staff are very kind.
Parking should be complimentary for guests. In addition, the breakfast price is quite high and should be offered at a lower rate for hotel guests.
Front desk staff very friendly and warm. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were fabulous and the cellar bar added a seasonal ambience. Rooms were very nicely equipped and the beds were soooo comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful in choice and hot/cold food products.
Restaurant staff appear very forgetful and not well to retain information. Two restaurant meals were not reserved due to forgetfulness. Restaurant was used for a private wedding function on our last evening which pretty much dampened the last days. There was no notice or warnings of this to paying customers which highlights that hotel customer is NOR the main focus or priority. Very disappointing. In addition, this hotel was quite a walk from many of the key attractions within the capital. Black Tea was left wanting.

Location was excellent, there is a bus stop 2 minute walk away from the hotel with direct access to the airport and Wielickza village (for the salt mines). The hotel was a 10 minute walk into the old town square but far enough away that it was peaceful in the evenings. The room was beautiful and well equipped. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with all requests.
