Clean and simple rooms, good air conditioning

Unfortunately the internet on level 2 did not work,

The location was very good for us, very quiet area, 25 minutes away from city center by tram. The room big, we didn’t have breakfast so I can’t tell anything about it. The receptionists were very kind, check in and check out was very easy. The check out was 12:00 but we requested for late check out for about one hour and the lady in the reception kindly accepted it

It's clean and comfortable.

The location is not perfect. If you travel without a car it's a little far from the city.

I liked the facilities. It was a value for money stay

The staff was constantly over our head to collect our plates whenever we were dining in. I can understand that this is a hotel policy but it is annoying.

Everything was clean, the staff were nice, there was a water heater so i could drink tea or coffee that they gave me. It was very nice. I didn't use any services but that's on me.

It's a bit far from the city, 30-40 min by tram. I said to myself before booking the place i'm only gonna be at the hotel just to sleep and shower but it wasn't better than just a swift walk to the city

The rooms were very cold. We had to talk to reception 4 times until we get additional heating. They said the room was cold because we didn't leave a key card in while we were away but they only provide 1 card. After heating was working for a full night, the temperature was 20 degrees. The heater in the bathroom also didnt heat even on the highest setting. No additional blankets in the rooms It was hard to communicate with the staff in English, they ignored the problem until we were more insistent.

Everything was great, but have some unlucky rooms without WiFi.

No Wi-Fi, cellular was working only close to the window. My room was in the building's corner, where I could connect to WiFi but it was like 16kbps, upon that my cellular wasn't working probably due to thick walls, so to grab some net I had to stay close to the window or outside of my room ?

Perfect for a family stay - Jr suite has a full and a half bath. Tons of space. Pet friendly. Parking fits larger vehicles.1/4 mile walk to the tram to take into the city.The staff is super friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel for families – it’s perfect for a comfortable and hassle-free trip!

Just a 30-minute ride to the Old Town.

We used this hotel for a visit in Krakow with my family. It was very good for us, we used public transport to downtown. It has a large parking space, although it's paid.

The rooms were at first floor with the conference rooms and we had to get through attendants to get to the room.

The location and the property are good.

The beds are uncomfortable, with mattresses that are hard and less than 10 cm thick. I experienced back pain during my stay. While this bed might be tolerable for one night, enduring it for nine days was quite a struggle. I still haven't fully recovered from the pain.

The staff were so helpful. When I reached with my daughters I met Piotr. He checked me in but I did send them an email after I booked to let them know I want another single room as my second daughter wants to join us after I have already for two. But there was no reply so when we reached he checked me in and asked if the booking was for 2 but now we need it 3 people he was so happy to change the bookings for 3 Instead of 2 and we paid the add cost . What a helpful gentleman We also had lunch at the restaurant The Restaurant staff were so polite and lovely especially the lady that served us I think she said she is called Justinya I might get her name spelled wrong but I think it is Justina what a lovely lady. Thank you Piotr and Justinya or Justina for your great customer service

The hotel is very clean , the food delicious and friendly and lovely staff and they speak English so it was easy to communicate with them . We will definitely come back again and would recommend anyone to visit this hotel

We liked the general clean, bright decor.

The walls had stains, bathroom had some mould in corners, and the bed protectors did have some staining, which can be really stressful- we didn’t see any bedbugs but were extremely cautious

Rooms were big.

No spa, only a massage room and a sauna, the beds were big but bumpy. The breakfast was ok bit not great.

The very average breakfast.The fact that it's a bit far from the old town. (Still there is a direct metro 8 just 5 minutes away).

The property has a massive parking area. The location is a 20 minute drive to the Old Town. It is a quiet location and a walk away from the tram and bus stations. Also, there is a shopping center nearby. If you’re feeling peckish late in the evening and doesn’t want to head out to town, a Max Burger joint is just a few blocks away. The hotel has a gym, a sauna and if you need a massage, they offer it too. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant. Modest breakfast option.

The restaurant in the hotel closes quite early. Plus, it’s meant to be a Chinese restaurant but it really serves only a couple of Chines dishes which made it confusing. They only provide 2 pillows for a King size bed. I requested for two additional pillows which they provided the same day. There seems to be a confusion about the parking situation, every other front desk I asked, it’s an additional charge of 40zl a day. But when I checked out, there was no additional charge. Also, most of the front desks were no so welcoming except for the man I spoke with when I was checking out. He was the first one who smiled.
