Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom good size with walk-in shower. Mini-fridge and coffee service were a plus.

It would be great if hotel would install a couple coin washers and dryers in basement for guest use. Breakfast is at a restaurant a couple blocks away, so I declined that and struck out on my own finding a variety of excellent places nearby.

Location, cleanliness, staff at reception. And tea/warm Christmas drink and cake at reception was a great plus.

Everything! Fantastic rooms and super clean and comfy. Location was amazing right by main square and near train station but on a lovely quiet street. Staff v friendly and helpful.Couldn't ask for anything better ?

Nothing! I guess more facilities to eat and drink but think that's what made it so perfect - like home from home ?

Breakfast was good, and restaurant v pleasant, but much prefer a buffet WITHIN the hotel for convenience and choice.

Having to go outside, i.e., a 10-minute walk, for breakfast. Much prefer to have breakfast in my hotel, to be able to return to room to brush my teeth, gather coat and whatever I want to have with me for the day. Especially during this stay in November (brrrr)!

The location is perfect just a short walk from the Old Town. The place itself is very clean and cozy, and the staff were kind, respectful, and responsive to all our needs. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the price was excellent for the value you get. Highly recommended!

Nothing not to like

Feels brand new!! Staff super friendly and very helpful. They are really putting in the effort. Room was very nice with updated appointments. Location was inside the old town in the northeast corner so everything was walkable distance.

They don’t run the AC during non summer months so to cool the room down we had to open windows. That did the job as it was October and cool outside. There was a little bit of outside noise (early deliveries) but it was not constant.

The hotel is small and personal. Much nicer than a big hotel. Excellent location, central but quiet. Nice courtyard at the back. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Happy to make tea and coffee for guests in the lobby.

Outstanding, great location and amazing service. Large room, nice bathroom and clean. We arrived real early and were lucky enough to get our room. Close to train station and old town square. Would love the return anytime.

I wish they had breakfast- but then again Krakow has many breakfast options that you can pick from.

This hotel was excellent. Clean, lovely decor, good size room, lovely garden, quiet, elevator, coffee/tea in room. Also, they had a coffee machine in the reception and made a great cappuccino. The crowning touch was the staff. They were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff welcoming and service.Only 2 parking spots and taken. Had to pay additional 25 eur for a private parking.Only 1 pillow and a 1-person small blanket (too short for a 1m83 person)Got charged 25 eur for checking out 1h only after checkout time…

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The bed was horrible, it was so soft you sank into the middle. My back was so sore. Rooms 002 and 003 are right off the lobby, you feel like you’re sleeping in the middle of everything and people are always watching you.

This hotel was perfectly located on a quiet street only a 5 -6 minute walk to the main old town square. The hotel had a beautiful garden for you to relax with a glass of wine. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had the most beautiful tiles. The staff was very welcoming and handled all my requests promptly. They were extremely helpful. I would stay here again. It's located near some great dining spots for breakfast and dinner as well.

This little gem was in the perfect location to be able to walk everywhere. I was traveling alone, and I never felt uncomfortable walking back to the hotel in the evening. Comfortable, very clean, and great location, I would stay there again if I go back to Kraków.

I wish I had known that if you'd like your room made up - trash emptied, new coffee pods, fresh water etc, you HAVE to put the "please make up room" sign on the door, otherwise, nothing happens as they assume you don't want them to enter.

Very good location. Close to both old town and train/ bus stations. Clean, modern, good sized room with very nice walk in shower. Staff are really great. Use of conference room was a real bonus.
