Price and quality do not match, it’s not suite apartment, it’s apartment for couples

Good location between city center and office area, with a tram and bus stop within a few minutes walking distance.The breakfast was amazing, fresh food and bakery goods and decent coffee to start the day. Good and spacious rooms as well.

Great location, super helpful staff. Really well decorated and spotlessly clean! Great shower, spacious room!

This is no fault of the hotel, but the walls are quite thin, so I would recommend taking earplugs and you can hear a lot from other rooms! Also the underfloor heating can get really hot, again, this is no fault of the hotel as it happened only on our last night, I’m sure they would have fixed this if we informed them.

The location and breakfast.

We asked for a room with a bathtub and didn’t get it.Limited parking space, had to park into the adjacent building.

The room was exceptional and really worth the money the restaurant was cheap and the food was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff were brilliant friendly cleanliness and very helpful. Would recommend for anyone

Was a bit long to walk in to the main square it looks us roughly 25 to 35 but wasn't to bad as you got too see krakow

i loved my stay at the art suits hotel, this has been my second stay after 2 years and it was even better than the first visit, wonderful staff and great amenities

Absolutely brilliant - clean and tidy plus superb comfortable! Highly recommended! Only reception desk was not fully professional.

Everything was OK except the lady at reception desk - she told to park a car somewhere around hotel - she didn't told the had a underground car park.

Very helpful, friendly, quick taking action, excellent English speaking staff. Very comfortable bed. 2 buildings are well connected. Our top floor suite had good view. Truely darkening window shades. More spacious than average hotel room. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Air conditioner in good condition. Highly recommended.

At the first place it is a bit hard to locate the hotel and it is a bit far from oldtown restaurants but once you find it, it has its own cozy restaurant too and you might not want to walk to town any more. Parking can be an issue in one way streets but you will find a slot.

Superb

Breakfasts are very small, too small even for ladies. This is not only my opinion. Whole group was disappointed. Unfortunately, it is a shame, because hotel is very nice and everything was perfect. I visited a lot of hotels, but it was first time when hotel this class offers you a breakfast like for a little kids.

Room designExcellent restaurant-class breakfast. Somebody retarded was complaining that the breakfaset ws not swedish buffet style - well if you want a hotel for poor people, then OK. Here, we have nice hotel relatively close to city center, with nice interior design and absolutely fantastic restaurant.

Somebody used some kind of odour candle. This could cover smell of cigarettes, if there were any. Not sure but my partner didn't liked this smell, which was nice, but too strong and normally unnecessary in clean looking room. Unless they had problem with air conditioning, not sure.

it’s so so so beautiful and a proper boutique hotel. The bed was so soft, and the jacuzzi!!!??? It has lights, music and even Bluetooth, just awesome

I saw a baby roach once but I think it was bad luck because the room was super cleanMy jacuzzi didn’t have steps to get in and as a short woman, I was afraid of getting injured.A manual for the Jacuzzi might be nice

Clean and great quality rooms, super polite staff members who speak very good English. Restaurant workers are very friendly and quick to help. Perfect room sizes for 1-2 people. Neighbourhood is very calm and perfect for walks, amazing terrace for drinks outside the hotel. Very kind female administrators, willing to help their guests

Blankets are a bit too small - even for 1 person it's too small to wrap/cover yourself fully. No bath robes - it is a must have, especially for cold autumn and winter evenings. Food ordered from the restaurant didn't taste too good (not enough spices/not cooked properly or "unusual" combination of flavours). I ordered Arancino with roasted leek (all I could taste was rice filling, not enough salt) and Entrecote alla griglia (potatoes were too bitter and sauce put on top of the meat really spoiled the meat flavour). HOWEVER, the administration brought the food to my room per my request and it was very quick, it was quicker than waiting for waiter to bring it - thank you for caring for your guests so well!
