Clean, comfortable, and modernized - with cocktails and restaurant on site!

Not knowing in advance I’d have a room that was bathtub only…with no shower…made getting ready in the morning a bit difficult. I’ve stayed multiple times and this was the first time I’ve been given a bathtub with no shower.

The bar was nice and the bathroom was great.

The beds and tiny windows on the top floor. Breakfast was not free/included.

Loved every single thing about this hotel stay! The staff was so wonderful and it is in a very cool neighborhood with a lot to walk to. The hotel bar even feels like a cool spot.

Value for money was good

Facilities were more basic and spartan than expected. Breakfast was mediocre

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Ask for the room that isn't on the ground floor, straight in front of the elevator and giving onto the street if you value sleeping through the night.

Location and the fresh rooms

The aircon in our original room did not work. The staff was helpful and gave us another smaller room with a working air conditioning. We would have appreciated being offered a little something in exchange for us not getting the actual room we booked, though overall we were quite content with everything.

The location is about 20 mins from the main square but very close to the Jewish quarter, staff were friendly and helpful, nice rooms and clean

Our shower head handle wasn't working for 2 days meaning the head just fell down and couldn't be held up, they couldn't fix on a Sunday so came on Monday but only on the eve, ideally this could have been done when we were out all day, beds really uncomfortable, hard af, asked to change rooms to diff bed but they said they would put a mattress topper on instead, this was about 8am, when we returned at 6pmish it wasn't done, we called reception and they did send somebody to do the bed and basically put on a few duvets and a mattress topper to make it comfier but it was a bit awkward as they did it whilst we were sat there when ideally this could be done when we were out, overall it is a lovely hotel but I wouldn't return just purely based on the comfort of the bed. Also the shower doors don't sit flush to seal so the floor ends up soaking. Also when we checked in a gent was hugely unhappy and was kicking off as he had been disturbed twice when sleeping with staff walking into his room, no idea how this happened but was a bit worrying. Also not one English channel on TV.

Very clean, good rooms attractive building. Easy walking distance from all Krakow attractions. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Location very central and only 10-15 minute walk from main square. Staff super friendly. Even got a free room upgrade on arrival. Room was very clean. Breakfast was brilliant although slightly expensive compared to other places in the city.
