Hotel Estera

Great location. Spacious room. Good choice for breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Able to leave bags for the day. Hubert at breakfast was great

Great staff, exceptional location! Breakfast was excellent as well.

No bad sides.

It is centrally located, walking distance from everywhere and a taxi rank outside.. and more food outlets than anyone could imagine .breakfast was fresh and hot with plenty of fruit and cereals to choose from.. staff are all friendly helpful and informative..

Excellent location right in the middle of everything, but expect some noise at night due to the lively nightlife nearby. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cozy with a lovely bathroom.

Great location. Good heating. Nice bar

Mattress was quite thin and not great, didn’t realise the wife’s mattress was worse than mine

Staff is extremely helpful. Location is good, variety of good restaurants around. Room was spacious and clean.

Soundproof is not so good

Price Did Not Match the Room Standard

The hotel itself was fine, but I was extremely disappointed with the price I was charged. I paid 1,787 PLN for 2 nights in a Superior room, which is far above the normal rates for this hotel and this room category. After checking the usual prices, it seems that I was affected by a pricing error or an incorrectly displayed rate.Because of this, I felt overcharged and the value for money was very poor.

Excellent spot and near to main attractions. Room was clean and very roomy. Would definitely stay there again.

Would be nice to have more molk/tea/coffee in room rather then keep asking reception

Location was perfect. Good breakfast selection. Clean, well equipped rooms

It was all good

Great location, most staff were helpful and all polite

Room was in eves and husband kept banging head doe to low ceiling in places. No space to move rooms

Excellent breakfast in attractive breakfast room. Staff friendly & helpful.

Daily cleaning of room not good enough. Beds not made-duvets merely pulled up. Surfaces not cleaned - there was a sticky stain on the desk/dressing table the whole three days.

Location was excellent, buffet was nice and staff was gracious.

We had a 3rd floor superior room that faced the square and it was noisy all night. When we moved to first floor and opposite side, it was much more comfortable.

Location and vibe.

Lack of basic equipment in the room. Empty fridge.

The hotel staff were very friendly and greeted us with smiles daily. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and a great location too.

Not a 4-star hotel at all. Very basic and dirty. We got a room facing a construction site. The showers had nothing but body soap. There are much better hotels around — not recommended.

Great location and hotel. Lovely breakfast, we had 2.Everything was lovely. We would recommend this hotel.

Nothing.We only had one chair.

Location , the room was spacious and great staff

Carpets in the room

We had a late flight and we were greeted by Alicja who made us feel very welcome. All the staff were very helpful and although ours was a short stay we enjoyed it and would stay again. Great location amongst lovely cafes and shops. Enjoyed the market across the street too!

Bad

For future travelers: Be careful which rooms you get assigned. There are some that are next to generators and I was staying in one of those rooms. You won’t be able to sleep as the generators make quite a lot of noise and constant vibrations. Once you tell the staff, they’ll try to accommodate changing rooms but just like in my case there were none available. In place they’ll give you a discount. The discount in no way compensates for the inability to sleep in a 4 star hotel. It ruins your whole stay.

This hotel has a very big and spacious rooms! Clean and tidy. Good localisation, almost at the Kazimierz square.
