Clean, free parking and internet, nice breakfast buffet, quiet room

This was NOT a 4* hotel. It is an average 3* hotel that I would certainly return to, but never felt the luxury of a 4*. Plastic cups in the bathroom (like a Days Inn), very average towels in the bathroom, not higher end ones. Rather small flat screenTV

Couldn’t cancel . So I gave it low marks.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. The accommodation was acceptable overall, but cleanliness was an issue. The carpet and the desk in the room were very dirty, which negatively affected our experience.Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. However, the hotel is located far from the main sightseeing attractions, which made getting around less convenient.Before our arrival, we received a link from the hotel stating that we were eligible for a special discount, but the link did not work. After the second night, we had to ask the staff about the discount. They told us that we should have received a 10% discount coupon upon arrival, but we did not. We only received the coupon after raising the issue. Unfortunately, the coupon was for the restaurant, and since the restaurant was not very good, we did not consider going back and therefore could not use the discount.Overall, the stay was average, but issues with cleanliness, location, and the handling of the promised discount reduced our satisfaction.

Very poor

The hotel refuses to issue an invoice, claiming that no such request was made at check-in. However, during the booking it was indicated that the purpose of the trip was business, and I have access to an automatic invoice request.

The room was quite good.

Noisy, there was a party on the ground floor until late at night. Breakfast was quite poor.

Size of the room was perfect - lots of space for our luggage. Easy access into the city via public bus.

Windows didn't open far to get fresh air into the room.

During my stay in September 2025, I experienced poor service at the reception. The staff was dismissive when I raised concerns about the room.Reception staff was unhelpful and rude during check-in.

The hotel was designed and furnished in a very classic, minimal and European style. Everything necessary was available and usable. The air conditioning worked very well and efficiently. The room was very spacious and there were even two armchairs and a little serving table. There is also a big table with a chair - so there is plenty of room to store my stuff. The breakfast was exceptionally rich and fresh.

Unfortunately, it must be said that the service was very clumsy and not accommodating or friendly towards the guests. We had a special case where we made two consecutive bookings, but separately. That meant we were supposed to stay in one room the first night and a different room the second night, because according to the hotel, they have their own system and cannot merge two bookings into the same room. The lobby area was very dull and had nothing to do. It also lacked a minibar. On the first day, our room was not cleaned despite having placed the sign outside.The location of the hotel is poor. It’s very far from the city center, and for the price, the hotel should be much closer. Unfortunately, this time we weren’t able to choose the hotel’s location—although we paid ourselves, we were required to stay at this particular hotel. The hotel used to have a bar-nightclub, but it is now closed. Most likely because the hotel is situated in a residential and commercial area, and there simply aren’t visitors in the evenings.

The breakfast was very good! It gave us a huge selection of different foods to try, which we liked.The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was large and clean.

We found the beds a little too hard for us and not enough pillows, otherwise it was very good.There seemed a lot of long queues for teas and coffees most mornings but it was a bank holiday weekend.

Hotel has a comfortable parking. Personnel is responsive and polite.

Quality of a breakfast should be improved. There are some issues in cleaning services.

Service was 100% over all areas. Reception, Spa, Restaurant.

Sauna was small, but that's not the problem. The water was all over the floor in the background.

The place was old in the shower I found someone else hear on arrival it’s was no tissue in the room and when I asked for some the answer I had use the toilet paper it’s was very rude. Felt not welcome at all in that place Overpriced also parking over priced

We chose the hotel because we wanted to go to the aqua park. It is perfectly located if you want to spend your time there and come back to the room. There is a supermarket and a nice cafe not to far from the hotel, which was good. The room was quite spacious and it had everything we needed.

We asked the receptionist to book a taxi for us to go to the airport. We knew it would be more expensive than Uber or Bolt, but we were willing to pay more just to make sure the taxi is there for us on time. However, we didn't expect that the company would charge us 3 times the normal price. We think it was unreasonable and we think the hotel should treat their guest better
