Aparthotel Pergamin

Only got to use room for 5 hours due to travel delays. The hotel staff was AWESOME in accommodating our needs. We were given instructions on how to perform our 7am check-in, they gave my boys a wakeup call while I was out trying to locate lost luggage.

That I didn't get to use it longer. Nice rooms, great location

No instructions, lifts went to half floor not your floor, towels were old, balcony was dangerous, exposed wires on balcony. Could not work TV, just a really poor stay

Check in - 3:00PM, check out - 10:00AM. :-) Really? You know what? Make check in at 6:00PM and check out at 8:00AM, become really famous, brake Book of Guinness records! 2. Small 12 sq. m room contrary to actual booking deluxe suite.

Quite a big room, very close to the old town

Bathroom has smells. Noise from the tram. Check out at 10. I have never seen any hotel check out time at 10. Beware of that

The location was good

The room was extremely hot, despite contacting the 24/7 help via WhatsApp (which isn’t 24hours) they advised they had the air con fixed but it wasn’t, they said we could check out as other room but as we hadn’t slept we were too tired. Breakfast was cancelled for one day, we were offered 2 options , one was a refund the other was breakfast at a hotel up the road. We went with the 2nd option. The hotel is so noisy and as there is no staff in, there is nothing you can do about it . No tv channels for uk guestsThe staff toilet in the basement next to the dining room was disgusting, dirty tissue all over the floor by the toilet.The breakfast was dreadful, the beans had a dry skin on them, the scrambled egg was dry, looked like they were both left over from day before and the bacon , eggs and beans were barely warm, the milk left on a shelf and 2 yoghurts again left on the side .

Great location, check-in and check-out perfect as no contact, just a code and a lockbox so no waiting or worries about arrival time in the night. Shower good. Nice cold mini fridge. On street parking cheap and we always got a spot close to the apartment.

We stayed 4 nights and the room wasn't cleaned at all, so the bin wasn't emptied, loo roll and coffee sachets weren't replaced. Obviously sheets and towels were also not changed. No milk at all for coffee or tea, although they were provided and there was a mini fridge.

Remote staff, front door not secure, very noisy, no facilities coffee pod machine just for show, leaking shower that overflowed, lift absolutely stank to the point you had to cover your nose on entry till you got out , lift only took you to mid floor so still stairs to climb.Very poor tea coffee facilities with no milk

The location couldn't be better – right in the center of Krakow, making it super convenient to explore all the major attractions.The rooms were spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining the property.The breakfast was absolutely delicious! A wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and everything I tried was amazing. It really set the tone for the rest of the day.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow! Will definitely be back!

The room was very spacious and was presented nicely. Breakfast was also nice with a variety of items.

Crack in the sink in the toilet. Very rationed toilet paper. Very noisy for 50% of the nights we stayed and I would have been nice to have some human interaction other than the nice chap that worked the breakfast.

The Apart room was advertised as for 4 people, but was very small, about 15 sq metres, with a bed settee for 2 pressed against the 2 single beds. It looked nothing like the suggested photos of a 4 person room.

Good size room for 4 of us. Comfortable beds. Big bathroom. Breakfast was very good. The young man in the dining room very helpful. Contact with the hotel by messages, generally really quick at replying. Great location.

The curtains didnt cover the whole of the window so light came through in the mornings. So in summer I guess would daylight shining through early morning. We were kept awake 2 nights with people above, til 4am one morning, stomping up & down the room, moving furniture around, strangely no voices, so 1 thing that concerned me was who to contact in case of emergency because I did message the apartments about it but no one got back to me.

The location was perfect, the hotel clean.

The whole building is a guest house with self check in. The space was good for a solo traveler, may have needed more space for two people if staying for more than a night. I felt very safe in this guest house traveling alone as well as in the area at night.

Would be nice to have extra towels or at least a hand towel, like 3 for the 2 night stay. Was happy to at least have two towels but with one bath towel used as a hand towel and one as a shower towel, you don't have an extra should you need to shower before the other is dry.

I liked the location. I like to be near the Galeria Krakowska Mall. So convenient to everything in the Center and Old Town.

Everything was great. It's not big - but it's cozy and quiet!
