Venetian House Market Square Aparthotel

Space, cleanliness, and location were wonderful.

The staff was especially helpful, friendly and informative. One of the ladies even walked my wife and I to the taxi I had them call for.

Two things needing improvement -- replace the windows & frames in the rooms. The adjoining restaurant, though nice, was a little on the pricey side (49 zloty or $12 US for eggs/bacon w/toast breakfast).

The Venetian House was a great place to stay. The location was perfect because it was right on the main square and yet the room was within the building on a courtyard. We would definitely stay there again.

Because the window of the room faced the restaurant , it was noisy. There was also a clicking sound in the room.

I liked everything about it but most of all the elevator. I'm a senior and it was so easy to access our room with luggage, no heavy lifting of suitcases getting in or leaving. Recomend it 100%.

There’s no common toilet in the lobby after check out. Not a big issue.

The location is fantastic. We bought breakfast stuff from a small grocer around the corner and that way we had our breakfast each morning. At night we slept very well.

Some dish soap in the kitchenette would have enabled me to do more than just rinse my used dishes.

Perfect location if you want to feel Krakow's heartbeat. Stunning, modernized building with a tiny, yet convenient, elevator. The view cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

Great location, easy access to all parts of city, friendly and efficient staff, clean property, whole apartment (spacious), great shower, nice lighting, good AC. There was dancing each night outside the apartment entrance in the square - so fun! The place was quiet at night though.

Right in the heart of the main plaza!! We had a room that was back from the main square, so it was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful and hot. There was also a kitchen sink and a small stove. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. We extended our stay when we stayed since we liked the location so much.

You can't reach it by car (minimum 5 minutes walk).

Property was very clean and up to date, whilst being completely central to Old Town. Would 1000% stay again.

The location is exceptional. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. It was our first trip to Krakow and we would definitely return to this hotel.
