Hilton Garden Inn Krakow

staff

rooms are small

Location. They accommodated my request for an earlier check in. There was available parking on site.

The location was a short walk across the bridge to the historic district.

Directions to parking was a bit challenging, but we found it.

The location is great, only a 10 minute walk to the main historical sites. The room was a good size and clean. Some of the receptionists were helpful and kind. Breakfast had a good variety.

As a 4-star hotel, I expected toothpaste to be provided, but it wasn’t a big deal, they gave it to me when I asked.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, and the AC and black out curtains work very very well!

Cleanliness, friendly Staff, Good location

Staff is friendly and helpful, very clean room, a walking distance from City Center/Old Town

Everything was good. if the room could let less light in at night, it would be great.

Room, breakfast, staff and location near by old town

Noisy road in front of the hotel

Everything, brilliant service from when you check-in to checkout.Spotless rooms.everything provided, shampoo, shower gel, fluffy towels, iron, rooms cleaned daily all the staff are so kind and helpful.Breakfast is fantastic. We travel to Krakow every year and have stayed all over, Jewish quarter, old town in hotels and apartments.this hotel is a little bit out of the centre, but it's so cheap to use Uber,about£4 into the old town or to the train station.worth every penny to stay here, will not use any other hote othan than this.Excellent value for money.Thank you for looking after us.

Breakfast has been good. It had a variety of foods and well presented.

I didn’t like dinners. They were poor quality and frequently not very nice to look at.

Big rooms, good location, nice breakfast

Everything. I got there early and the staffs were kind enough to check me in as they had an open room.

Large room, fridge in the room. Location close to city centre

I was very impressed with every aspect of this hotel. The reception team were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and very well appointed. The hotel is very well located - 5 min walk to tram stop followed by 5 min on tram to Old Town. The hotel had plenty of free parking available. Dinner and Breakfast at the hotel were both delicious and the young waiters and waitresses very friendly.

That I only had one night at this hotel.

Clean very attentive staff very quiet even next to main road 30 min walk into the centre

Room quality and cleanness were excellent. Location was also convenient with free parking.

While the order was originally promoted as if it was a half-board deal that includes both breakfast and dinner, the hotel decided to place a “voucher” limit with very strict and limited dinner selection, that easily led to extra overblown charges. The limit was not mentioned in the promotion deal.

Breakfast was very good with a vast variety of items. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Toiletries need to be checked more often.

Location. Big and clean room. Friendly staff. Free parking.

Everything was good

The location was very good and the breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner should be checked and topped up frequently as we had to inform them ourselves that the shower gel had finished.

we had a Room at the Top Floor with River View. The Room was great, the bed very comfortable.
