Merci Boutique Hotel

Parking is tight, might be hard to find a spot when they are fully booked.Wifi only worked on my laptop by hotlinking with my phone...

The location and the decor of the entire hotel was very pleasing. The staff was always nice and helpful. On site parking is very convenient.

The absence of air conditioning was an unpleasant surprise.

Very convenient location. The staff is very friendly and it's a value for money deal

The breakfast could have more selection

Exceptionally clean and staff was very attentive and very politeThe food was delicious

No elevator

Beautiful small hotel, spotlessly clean, good location - 20 minutes to the center of Krakow by tram, staff very nice and helpful. I highly recommend ?

Cleaning is done daily, there is a free parking option. Good breakfast and comfy bed. Everything was great!

The hotel is around the corner from a tram and metro station, the room was gorgeous and the beds were comfortable

Very clean, kindness of the personal, good breakfast, close to the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy.

I liked all.

Breakfast was fine. Location was great as we wanted to be next to the JP II center and St. Faustina Center.

No air conditioning!

Really clean rooms. Nice location (shopping mall with primark nearby). Public transport is nearby and car parking was free, excellent if you come with car. There is small kiosk at the street where you can buy snacks/drinks. Did not try breakfast but it seemed to be good.

No air conditioning, not as comfortable during the hot summer and no elevators, but staff are helpful to carry luggages

Great location! (Quiet, peaceful, near public transport)

The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful location. It is wonderfully quiet, yet still close to trams for 10-15min access to the old town of Krakow. The staff were all very friendly, polite, informative, and all willing and very capable to speak English, which we were very grateful for! They very kindly agreed for us to keep our car parked (free parking) for the day after we checked out, so we could explore Krakow before returning in the afternoon. The room itself was lovely, two very comfy beds, everything very clean, modern decor, and with a little juliet balcony. Shower room was also exceptionally clean, and spacious. Breakfast was also very nice, and looked after by another friendly member of staff. Whenever I return to Krakow, I will be sure to stay here again!

Nothing!

Very clean. Room was nice. Staff were very courteous. The location was just across the street from the Divine Mercy Sanctuary. Also, a short walking distance to the Saint JP2 Sanctuary and Museum. The Church is very beautiful!

The silence, tranquility and understanding when we had to check in later due to a work situation.

My room was lovely and spacious with lots of natural light (3rd floor). The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The hotel is in a very quiet area. Located very close to a tram stop so one could be in the Old Town in about 20 minutes. Train station close by also.

There is nothing nearby in terms of restaurants or cafes. There is, however a restaurant in the hotel and a large grocery store about a 10 minute walk away.

The hotel is a very cozy, nice place to stay. Located super close to the Shrine of Divine Merci was a perfect location for us. The whole staff is very friendly and always seeking the ways to help.

No lift, we got the help with our luggages instead so not a big issue really...

The room was nice, clean and cozy

The breakfast was really poor. The same products every morning with very little variety

Very quiet hotel no noises staff very friendly and helpful definitely will stay again whenever I visit next

The rooms are clean, very helpful and approachable staff, very near to the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy which is the main reason why we went to the area. It’s also near to the tram station.

There’s no lift but as was explained by the staff it is because of the structural part of the property hence they can’t put a lift.
