The Bridge Suites Hotel

Room was brilliant for its price, very spacious and clean. Service was great as well.

Breakfast was too pricey for what was provided, ideal price would be 50pln per day. But otherwise the food and selection was good.

The amount of noise from the street was very noticeable, especially the trams. The bathroom facilities seems to be quite worn and should be cleaned/replaced

Our room was right on a busy road and the traffic noise was very loud. Needed better window treatments for privacy and light blocking.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Krakow. The hotel has a stunning view, the staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to serve and provide us with great hospitality and love. The place is special, quiet, and very enjoyable. The hotel is located close to the city and the airport. If I'm lucky again, I will come back and choose this beautiful hotel.

There is nothing I didn't like about it.

Everything was good. I had chosen to stay again as we had enjoyed my previous stay in June .

Just one tea bag each of different flavours and 2 coffee pods seems a bit odd. The coffee machine was not working. Also some milk would be good to have. Although we did not use any of them but it would be something to consider.

How close it is to Old Town and nearby attractions. The tram is near the hotel. Our room is facing the water so at night time the view of river is beautiful.

The Hotel was at a convenient location and was impeccably clean and well maintained. The perfectly functioning AC was a welcome relief after the hot weather. All the staff members were courteous and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to the friends.

The room was big, clean and amazing view. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

There is no blackout on windows which there are 4 of it which sun lights attack from everywhere. Suggest to add blackout on window, cost of parking quite high.

The brunette receptionist who checked us in was one of the most rude people I’ve experienced on a holiday. Never said hello or good morning when you walked past, laughed at us and carried on with work when we were struggling to open the door, got into an argument with my sister when this was addressed. A not nice person who shouldn’t be the face of a tourist hotel. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and my boyfriend slept on the sofa most of the week. A real shame as the rooms are lovely but the beds are cheap.

Close to main attractions Good restaurants close by Quiet

The area was central and the breakfast was really good.

I was disappointed when upon leaving the property we were called and told that we had consumed a single bottle of pepsi from the mini bar, when in fact we hadn't. If we had done so I would have gladly paid as I did for the English breakfast.

Support in organising taxi to and from airport.

1. Windows are almost street level and curtains do not cover the full window opening.2. Rooms do not get cleaned well.3. There was no shampoo when room was set up. Eventually they provided on second day.4. First day, no change of towels despite putting used towels on d floor to get them changed. 5. Breakfast had minimal variety.6. Noisy room. 7. Unattended reception. On several occasions left outside waiting for someone to open d door.

Perfect accommodation, beautiful, modern and with everything you need... Excellent breakfast... Possibility of private parking right next to it, but also the possibility of parking on the street...

The pillows could be a little bigger... :-)

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice coffee machine.

Curtains did not cover windows properly. Lots of noise from outside due to poor windows. Wind noise though them.

Great location close to some good restaurants (Pizza place around the corner) the river and certain attractions. I walk each morning and it enabled me to tour the main attractions across the river easily by foot. Clean, quiet and our room had a view of the river. Staff on reception very helpful with arranging transfers and storing our luggage. Had a restaurant which seemed popular but we ran out of time to use/had a comprehensive breakfast menu. Some convenience stores close by (3 minute walk) for cold drinks etc. This is a wonderful city and this hotel is too.

A really nice hotel and very friendly / helpful staff. The room space was great but you could hear the trams from our room. Nothing that couldn’t be helped with a pair of ear plugs.
