V.Helpful friendly Staff on Reception and on Hotel Staff, in distinct contrast to Attitude Problem exhibited by Several Hotel staff during a 10 day trip to Brittany, French attitude to UK resulting from Brexit & Waterloo!An excellent breakfast , with prompt, friendly Service...looked as if Staff enjoyed the job and Not found it a chore.Bike Parking at rear of Hotel in Patrons Garage...HE WAS PARTICULARLY HELPFUL

NOTHING. A traditional Hotel with Hospitality as a Keynote! Small lift and stairs May Not suit V.Old, disabled travellers....But compensated by the HAPPY ATMOSPHERE.

We really liked the familyroom we had, it is great for 2+ kids. Lovely hotel and helpful staff.

The room was light, bright and well equipped. Nice bathroom. The owners were delightful- so thoughtful and helpful. The restaurant was simple but excellent value.

Difficult to park. The lift is small so I struggled with my bike box.

The room was nice and clean and had all the toiletries needed. The hotel was right in front of the train station which was pretty convenient, and it was not far from the beach nor the city center.

The awful part was all the noise the cleaning staff made in the morning, the vacuum cleaner, the yelling, plus, while we were there, there must have been some construction work going on because we could hear banging on the walls too.

Flexible check in, changed dates a few times and had to shorten stay. Still very friendaly and flexible staff!! Great breakfast with lots of choice and fresh products.

We were surprised that the restaurant was closed a Friday evening and still summer time

Clean, large and comfy room, just a few minutes away from the center.

The shower was cold, and the elevator is super noisy

Good location just across from train station. Handy for town. Restaurant on site. Good breakfast. Good bed and shower.

Only one socket in room, and In poor position, no USB charge points. Had to use kettle on floor due to short lead. Small wardrobe.

Location - could walk to train station to the beach and to the port. Breakfast terrace was nice.

Plug points were inaccessible under the desk. Had to crawl on hands and knees to put kettle on. Room quite small generally. Sink area v crowded with nowhere to leave toiletries. Mirror in bathroom where we were unable to use it effectively as too dark. Bed very firm.

location was good, bedrooms are basic but a good size and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful - we could easily fit our bikes in the bedrooms. the hotel accommodated our late arrival.

the pillows were not comfortable and it was quite expensive for what it was.
