We had a wonderful stay.The rooms were lovely and the staff were welcoming and warm. Special mention to Anais (restaurant) who was absolutely lovely.

I booked the hotel for the pool as I don’t like swimming in the sea

They advertise a bar but it was extremely difficult to get a drink before or after dinner as the staff were too busy serving the dining room which was very disappointing. We also made the booking 11 months prior to our stay but were allocated a room on the top floor which was not accessible by the lift.

Location comes with a Seaview. Staff were very accommodating in general and eager to help. Breakfast is varied enough. The room was clean and not too small as most European hotels tend to be.

Elevator was too small. No ramp for the couple of steps at the entrance of the hotel.

Lovely situation on seafront. Hotel very comfortable with good dining and breakfast facilities and staff very polite and helpful.Parking in the street could have been a problem but we were able to find space almost right outside the hotel every night

This is not a 4 star hotel. I can only assume that extra points were earned by digging up the original restaurant and making it into a weird spa pool. Decor is out dated and in need of refurbish. Small lift and no air con. Noisy. Cheap furnishings.

Spa was well located and clean.! Spa staff were fantastic.

The bedroom was damp by our standards and 19 degrees centigrade is too cold for the elderly.The other problem was even though towels were changed as needed the replacements were damp!
