Would not recommend this hotel

Check-in took over an hour, staff not prepared for a long holiday weekend with many clients arriving.They did not mention the parking was with extra charge.The bathroom had a strong smell of humidity (not a 4 stars quality).

Lovely property with comfortable and stylish rooms. I always love coming back here. Best is the breakfast which is out of this world with amazing French cheeses, baguette, croissant and much more. Also they give you a bottle where you can refill fresh water at the bar. Such an amazing treat.

Great location for my purpose, nice breakfast, friendly staff.Hotel very new, very clean, but not cosy, cold atmosphere.Reception under equipped, only one real desk, and staff very willing, but under-trained, resulting in too long a wait at check-out.Great views fro harbour facing rooms, or from the rooftop, but the rooftop also lack a cosy atmosphere.

Location, modern, staff, rooms are nice

Great location opposite the harbour and Vendée Globe village (Nov 2024).Kettle in the room much appreciated, well-designed layout for the bedroom.Staff very professional and amiable, especially the female manager of the breakfast service.

Only downside was being asked to provide card for pre-authorised amount above the cost of the room; I understand the process, but it's not the best first impression when you arrive.

The charge for on site parking. 15 euros a night - why? Location is poor - The hotel is on quite a busy road and it is a good walk to town - not an enjoyable one. The staff really don’t know what good looks like in terms of running a hotel (is there any staff training?) - settling our bill was a nightmare - no reception desk and staff trying to get laptops to work. The room is all plywood and pretend fancy…. Certainly not functional (eg no bedside table) - see through curtains to the shower…. Why? The restaurant was too pretentious for our liking…. If you are going to try and provide a type of fine dining then you really need to raise your game significantly.

The rooftop cafe was very beautiful and the hotel has a great location and amazing views on to the port , easy parking space and wonderful rooms.

Probably location however we chose the hotel for our 1 night stopover.Staff were all casually dressed… difficult to know difference between staff and guests! ?

Fabulous location overlooking the harbour. A rooftop bar for cocktails. Staff very helpful, carrying our cases to our room and shielding us with an umbrella going to our car when leaving in pouring rain.

Some difficulty finding it as it didn’t have its name writ large on its frontage.

Location very good. Easy to park in private car park. Reception staff very welcoming.

Restaurant staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Breakfast very poor. Only one pillow provided.
