Location and parking great. Very hospitable

The town is nice with a good selection of restaurants in easy walking distance of the hotel.

There is no lift to the upper floor.The hotel parking is difficult to access and is an extra charge.

The owner was very helpful and spoke good English. The car park was a great bonus. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel room was beautifully decorated and clean. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of fruit, cereal and bread products.

The bathroom was a little small and the towels were quite small and not soft. The view was also disappointing. There wasn’t a blind on the window so we were woken up by the light in the morning.We had a disturbed night due to fireworks outside and loud noises inside.

Wow! Just Wow! Absolutely lovely hotel,the room we had was super spacious (just like an apartment) super clean , the breakfast hall was really well laid out with a great selection, the manager (possibly the owner?) was superb and couldn’t do enough for us, a great value little gem of a hotel

Nothing not to like

The hotel is well located near the sea front and many restaurants around the harbour. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The hotel is also very near the small ferry crossing the harbour which takes you to the centre and main bay area of Les S'ables d'Olonne.

The host / receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Even helped us with getting our luggage to the room. Such a sweet service. The room was very comfortable and provided with nice showergel and shampoo in containers mounted to the wall. Location was also great close to the beach and free parking at a parking place 3 minutes walk from the Hotel. We only stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it.

The location near the harbour is wonderful; super close to the pier, city centre, beach and some historic/artsy sites. Room & bathroom were clean and nice, we even got upgraded to a room with a larger bed! Yann has a wonderful energy and was very polite & helpful host. The breakfast was good and plenty! We would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect so close to the quai. The owner was really friendly and helpful even in the face of my husband’s stress trying to get into the car park! That is a bit of a challenge for a long car but not impossible.The bedroom was at the front so we had a view of the river between rooftops and it’s a quiet street. The shower room is a bit cramped but fine for a short stay. Altogether a very pleasant overnight stop.
