Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Room was modern and comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit expensive and the shower didn’t turn off completely

It was far away from any shops in an industrial estate. The photos made it look much better.

The room still had rubbish in it- a pair of broken glasses were found beside the single bed. There were lots of cigarette butts outside the window. It just felt unclean.

From the photos it seemed a nice hotel , but it’s in middle of a industrial estate , and entrance was like a building site

Smell of dogs ( dog friendly but more like a dog hotel ) Rooms are tired and need updating , Toilets and showers are basic

Nice swimming pool. The room was clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good.

The price of a beer was expensive but to be expected for a hotel.

A lovely hotel in a great location with amenities nearby, lovely food, a decent sized pool, good sized clean rooms. Although we do not have an electric car, I was very impressed with the amount of EV charging points, perfect for the future.Staff were very nice and 24 hour reception was fantastic as we didn't arrive until midnight

Being a 4 star hotel, the pool facilities, breakfast and all these are great. Suitable for self driving tour

The rooms are a little old and the hallways are dark

it was clean

door card didn't work. went to the reception there was noone there. waited 15 minutes. there is a kettle in the room but it is not plugged in nor is there a socket to plug it in. the qr code for the room directory does not work. the extractor fan in the shower does not work. the restaurant was overpriced. the portions in the "gormand" menu are child sized and very expensive. overall overpriced and dilapidated.

good value for money

location. a bit inconvenient if relying on public transport (taxi are quite expensive as they charge you from where they are when called, generally St Nazaire station, ie c EUR 25 already from when you jump in the taxi at the hotel)

good breakfast. hotel located on the outskirts of the town so if you don't eat in the hotel its a drive to find a restaurant. that said, there was plenty of choice on the menu for dinner. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. a good hotel for a couple of nights. the pool and surrounding area is nice and clean. no problem with parking.

think maybe there was a shortage of staff as we noticed that dinner plates (people who had room service) were left outside some rooms in the morning and were still there when we returned in the evening.

maybe a good option for St Nazaire. The staff is amazing and very helpful! without this staff having the heart on the right place this hotel would be a sad place to stay.

the location is old fashioned and would need a interior design pimp up to become again a state of the art 4* hotel. The internet connection was terrible and below standard.
