Breakfast was not included, families ate dinner loudly on their balcony is until late. Zero view-ambiance. Good parking security. Really long walk to restaurants, sights, the beach.

Clean and comfy, helpful staff lent us a corkscrew ?, close to centre and rail station, enjoyed our short stay.

Spacious rooms.Private guarded parking (not free, but very spacious).Kitchenette with all necessary tools and utensils.

Room heating is either too hot or too cold. Perhaps due to the size of the rooms the temperature is not easy to set at your comfort.

Bed comfortable. Convenient location for our needs Good size room & bathroom.

Only 1 bed side lamp. Had to put kettle on the floor to plug in as no plug available in the kitchen area. We only had 1 mug for 2 people staying. Tea selection poor & no milk sachets. Breakfast overpriced for what's on offer.

We stopped in Saint Nazareth to see the WW2 submarine pens and they were about 15-20 minutes walk away.The staff that were on duty when we checked in were very pleasant and helpful.On site parking was appreciated.

The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The check in was easy.

Underground parking, big rooms, short walk to the submarine museum. Nice buffet breakfast.

Be aware that most restaurants in Saint Nazaire are closed on a Sunday evening

Front end communication through booking .com slightly disappointed.

Staff very helpful, welcoming and cheerful. Location is good for restaurants and the beach/harbour is a pleasant and interesting 15 minute walk. The secure parking is excellent in an insulated underground carpark accessed by a lift which was important to us as well as being able to make a coffee in our rooms. Breakfast was also very good and set our busy itinerary up for the day. The pool is a bonus.

Staff were friendly. The pool was an excellent plus and the location was perfect.

Pleasant

On the last night there was a lot of noise from another room, as reception desk is not 24/7 was unable to advise anyone and had too deal with the noise.As for the noise did ask for an extra hour in room after check out as did not get much sleep night before and was charged 10 euro per hour.

The pool was excellent, even though it was surrounded by buildings and despite the cold and grey weather, it was clean and the water was warm and overall it was fun for the kids. The staff were kind and it seemed quiet. We brought our dog and didn't have any problems. The beds were comfy and it was bright enough during the day with a view, and we were able to shut out all the light during the nighttime.

Some things the managers can't do anything about like the location and the view from the window both of which were pretty miserable, but it's Saint Nazaire in poor weather, so... However, the place could do with a bit of modernisation, it all seemed a bit stale. Not the happiest atmosphere, silent and still, much like the ghost town it is situated in. Our room was fine, but it's not as spacious as the photos would have you believe and we found it a bit pokey for 2 adults, 2 kids, and a mid-sized dog. The kitchenette is barely sufficient but it did the job for one night. The corridors smelt of other guests cooking which was a bit sickening; they could do with better ventilation, I guess. The main living room light didn't work, and the walls were a bit busted up or dirty in places.
