Great location next to train station and car rental agencies

Small rooms

Close to train station and bus. Very friendly with good storage for our bikes. Decent breakfast and very friendly staff.

A little far from the beach and historic area if you didn’t have a car. We were not there long enough to check out busses etc.

Decent room, clean and comfortable.

The wifi connection was either weak or impossible, staff was not willing to help find a solution.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. I had only booked one night however had to stay longer. The staff were very understanding and accommodated me for the few days extra.

Good location and breakfast

I didn't have hot water at all, and when i mentioned it to the reception i was told : yes this happens because we are fully booked, nothing we can do on this. I don't pay for a room to have cold shower, i wasn't even offered a compensation or anything, just to take it as it is, very disappointing, i won't come back.

I like size of lobby, location of the hotel and staff who work was very nice so I feel realy confortable for sure I will be back at this hotel next time when I will visit Saint Nazaire

Missing Toilets at the level of reception where is the Bar but this is the only think that I notice as negative expectation if I can say like that.Other wise this place is so nice that even this is not a big problem at all

The room was extremely tiny, you couldn't even open the window properly.

Breakfast is enormous and varied, great value for money. The soundproofing of the rooms is truly impressive. The lobby is exactly the right mix of airy and cosy, whatever the time of day. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The ONLY thing that was suboptimal was that the shower temperature is hard to regulate if you are on the 5th floor or higher. Everything else is great.

The sound proofing of the room was exceptional, especially as located near to a busy road junction.The reception area/open lounge was welcoming and very nicely decorated.

Security to the car park

Great value, well presented and friendly staff. Great location close to railway station and a pleasant 15min walk from the Loire-Atlantique estuary with its good cafes and restraunts. Hops to visit again

The room was very spacious. We were assigned a room for disabled people so might that affected the overall space. It was clean. Breakfast (which we paid extra) had a good selection of cold cuts, cereals, pastries, eggs etc. and was served in a very nice restaurant (maybe because it was shared with Ibis Styles hotel, which is in the same building).

No space next to the entrance to unload the luggage from the car, as the entrance to the hotel is in the corner of the building on the roundabout, so no possibility to stop.

Value for money. The staff were great. The rooms were very quiet.

The lobby and bar was lovely. Very big and comfortable. Our room was very big and clean. Enjoyed this hotel a lot.

The hotel lobby is very nicely designed and furnished, the rooms are good. Bathrooms are nice for an IBIS. Breakfast was excellent.

Booking.com advertises hotel parking, and there is a hotel-owned parking garage, but it was not available for some reason, so we had to find parking on the street somewhere.

The hotel was modern and clean.The room was comfortable.

No place that signified the entrance.we thought it was a bar or restaurant. Drove round it many times as we could not figure out where we could empty our suitcases to check in. The check in counter was the bar. Definitely for people coming off the train.

We received exceptional service. The chef prepared dinner for us as the vegetarian option had run out.The wine list was very good.
