- Spacious, modern and clean apartment on the top floor. The hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. The reception is open 24 hours so there was no problem checking in at 10 p.m. We highly recommend it, and definitely be back.

Very unique. Chopin theme and decor. Exceptional attention to detail. Food and drinks are fantastic. Great selection and reasonable prices. No need to go hunting for the best place to eat you already found it !

Sleeping on polyester is not possible without sweating buckets. It's suppose to be used for esthetic purposes only, our skin does not breathe through Polyester. Everything the pillow case, undershirts and cover sheets are made of this material and makes it impossible to sleep. When I asked if they had any other material like cotton I was told that this was the standard in all hotels which is complete false. I've stayed in over 200 different hotels throughout my travels and have never encountered this problem. I will never stay there again.

My room was small and the bed was not very comfortable, but I realise this was the only room available on the first floor for the whole length of my stay.

Bedroom a little cramped
Everything. I have stayed here multiple times as it is the best Hotel in Nysa
No lift.. this is the only flaw especially when you are on the top floor
