Hotel Fiascherino

Location is great. Easy to swim in the beautiful cove. The staff speak very little English but they are super friendly and willing to help however they can. I love the area, it did not feel touristy, felt more like a local hot spot. The air conditioner in our room was great! Bed was comfortable. Nice areas to sit outside with friends. One day we found someone to help us translate and we were able to get a Charcuterie board to eat on the deck outside our rooms.

The shower. My shower head only had three holes letting out dribbles of water. We did not have any water pressure. It was very hard to feel clean or get shampoo out of your hair. We arrived on a Saturday around lunch time. The restaurant was full, no space for us, and the little beach bar was out of everything. I assume Saturdays during the summer can be difficult.

It is a simple hotel but with a very nice ambiance and great location. If you’re looking for a streamlined package, this is not it. But for taking a slow and relaxing break at a beautiful bay, for us it was a wonderful stay

Not everything works all the time

After a week in throngs of tourists, it was such a needed respite to be in Fiascherino! We were disappointed that it was stormy while we were there, but the hotel was so comfortable and the restaurant so good that it hardly mattered.

Not very friendly owners, I was charged taxes although it was included in my payment

We had sea views and that was great! The location of the hotel wasn’t that great. To go to restaurants you had to travel far by car. The restaurant at the hotel was expensive.

The public has access to all the facilities at the hotel. With the public beach right in front of the hotel, it became very crowded. We paid high season rates to stay at the hotel just to stand in long queues to order lunch at the bar or drinks, or even to sit down and watch the sunset.

Location of the property is set in a unique cove, we were virtually transported in a time of serenity, simplicity truly real down to earth a very friendly and family like Service we had difficulties to leave.

Gorgeously placed in an exceptional , small, private beach/bay- wow!

Each morning at around 7 am our room was near a compressor motor sound or some type of motor you can’t sleep through!

The sea views were stunning for 2 nights, I could have easily stayed a week there. The mussel and artichoke spaghetti up there with best pastas I've had.

Restaurant bills should be computerised. At the end it took a bit of an effort to reconcile bills between rooms,

The location is superb: the hotel is located between two charming beaches ,at the same level , one can admire them both by the balcony and by the open air corridor The breakfast was rich ,the towels changed every day. The furnishings quite new and extremely nice.

The lack of parking. We could park but it was winter ,I guess that during the summer that may be a problem.

Unorganized breakfest. Nobody know whether he must order tea at bar or must sit and wait to be asked for an order. There was no spoon, no Glass, the staff always brought everything but we waited a lot...

Swimming cups obligated in swimming pool!

The location and staff are fantastic. The beach is our favourite and the restaurant in the evenings serves very yummy food at sunset.

Clearer directions on sunbeds and division of property between hotel and beach club would have been helpful.

Location is great. Wifi was good

This is an oldish hotel that needs significant refurbishing. Electric plug only on 1 side of the bed, old door that only opens half way, non functioning air conditioning, 5' to get warm water in the shower (sustainability?), minimalistic TV screen way below today standards. The room is litterally facing an internal road making privacy inexistant. The swing pool has a height of min 180cm which make relaxing impossible and is not good for children learning to swim. The self service breakfast is done by hotel personnel but the team is understaffed, creating queues even at 8:00am. This hotel uses a good location to charge way too high prices not aligned to very disappointing facilities. This is not good
