This hotel is amazing. Very clean, beautiful, amazing breakfast, the rooms are spacious and very nice. It is 5 min walk from the beach. The staff is very friendly. Completely recommend it.

We chose for beach location. The beach was very unkempt, strewn with rubbish and felt eerie. The complex was in ruin and mostly closed down. The drive there was not for the faint hearted. It was on a bus route we didn’t use the buses so can’t comment. The patio off the apartment was extremely run down as the rest of the surrounding areas were. The bed was very uncomfortable. The front of house gentleman was very helpful and friendly as was the manager. Booked for 4 nights but left after 2. Not sure how others have given it such good reviews. I would not recommend this hotel .

There is no restaurant near by. You have to drive 4-7km for a restaurant and in Lerici you don’t find parking. ZTL is another issue in Lerici.

Very good breakfast; beach is only a 5-10 minute walk downhill and is quite nice, albeit a little rocky

Staff was very friendly and helpful, they provide great service and information.

The shower was too small, very difficult to move to the restaurants areas, taxi was a disaster and bus service very uncomfortable.

Excellent location, just a short walk to the fantastic baia Blu. The appartement is simple but has everything needed. View of the sea and Islands of the Golf.

The location was excellent, the room was nice and clean and with a cute balcony. The beach is just a short walk away and part of it can be used for free. The breakfast was very good, but best of all was the staff - very friendly and helpful!

The facility is very close to the beach. The rooms are clean with effect space for a couple. The breakfast was the best I have ever had. The bartender Lorena had really a good attitude and all guest felt welcome with kindness and fresh food. The breakfast was the perfect way to start a vacation day!

It was unclear that we had to specify the need for an extra bed for our daughter (3 years old) but that was rapidly fixed by the staff

I was hoping for apartament with balcony/taras but i got room, not small but room. I was expecting something different

Wow ? friendly check and super lovely lady at breakfast who was so so happy and made me feel welcome. Room and facilities were good (room 56) great little private patio area to have a drink and relax. Beach down the road great location. A big Grazie ?

Access via public transportation is a bit limited and some uphill walking is required in the off season

the staff was very friendly and the room was super clean. For us, this is the most important thing when traveling.

in fact, these are not apartments. We had a room with a shower and a balcony. Breakfast in the common living room with all guests. This is a little not what we expected, but we need to read the reviews more carefully... We also indicated that we needed a double bed and it turned out to be two single mattresses pushed together, which were constantly moving apart in different directions. Sleeping together was not very comfortable.

The beach is right down a steep hill (drive down), near stunning costal towns, easy to Cinque Terre. Great breakfast.

Bed was hard.
