View. Remodeled rooms. Restaurant and friendly staff

Not ideal for folks with reduced mobility. Lots of stairs. But helpful staff

Had an absolute wonderful stay. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Lovely room with beautiful view from balcony. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! This was our first stop on a 10 day trip to Italy, and we selected Lerici as a quiet place to start. We stayed in one of their superior rooms (don't remember the category name) and it did not disappoint. We had a balcony on the top floor with an amazing view (there is a lift). The breakfast was good - could have used a tad bit more variety, but still good. We did not eat the restaurant for dinner. You will definitely need a car to get to Doria, although we didn't use it again once we were there. Everything in town is walking distance, from church to restaurants to the ferry. Amazing stay.

Room was small and the walls were thin. Our last night someone checked into the room next door and had a little party - we heard every word.

Clean, nice room. Excellent breakfast. Magnificent view from our balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service for the first couple of days of our stay. And we were on the fourth floor! But they got it fixed before we left.

Beautiful hotel, about 4 minutes down a pathway to town, we were up high and amazing views.shower amazing after long walks.bed very comfortable as were pillows! Clean.also done daily! Could not speak Italian so would have said to leave bed !breakfasts Amazing! Choice and sooo lovely. Apartment worth paying extra for slightly larger! Balcony! Staff carried luggage from carport as many steps although once inside there were lifts! Beautiful veranda to have drinks in afternoon with nibbles! Would stay again!!On the other side laundry cost a HUGE amount per item and did not see the prices for this , on back of fridge wine list in room, and literally cost a fortune! And some clothes were lost! This happens but was not really looked into I felt. Noisy at night at times! But close window/doors.

Wide variety of choices. From eggs and bacon, pancakes, yogurts, fruit, multiple breads and pastries, croissant mini sandwiches. Fresh orange juice, coffees and teas.

Had to take several stairs to reach entrance to the hotel. We were fine but, can imagine for some, that would be quite difficult. There was help on our arrival with the bags but, not when we left.

Lerici is a beautiful place built on the side of a mountain that goes down to the sea. Doris Park Hotel is ideally placed: near enough to walk down the steps to reach the main square by the sea front where there are restaurants, the bus stop to go to La Spezia and the boats that visit Cinqua Terra.

Very good views of the bay - steps to the hotel not the issue you would think ( we are seniors) worth the effort for location - excellent service and fantastic breakfast

The Doria Hotel , is a lovely , clean hotel , and is a short somewhat manageable downhill walk to the centre of Lerici town centre .

There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel .

The way to the hotel from parking is quite hard to access with luggage, looots of stairs, we had late checkin so no staff for that was there anymore and we really got sweaty until we took all the luggage to the room :)

Clean, comfortable room, great views, great breakfast, very friendly & helpful staff at all levels. Tasteful landscaping around the property.

The wall flush for the w.c. was a bit antiquated but it did finally flush ?

Staff was friendly and very service minded. The location was perfect with excellent view and short distance to restaurants and harbour. Breakfast was delicious and seating was on a cosy terrace.

A gym would have been nice (for my wife)

Amazing location, view, and comfort. Stayed in Golf di Poete room with private terrace and jacuzzi.

Everything was amazing. Gate key given for access to path to “old town”. Quite an incline on the way back.

The terrace was exceptional - great view with whirlpool!

The only aspect of our stay that we enjoyed was the view from the window, which was beautiful during the day.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. For the high price we paid, we expected a much better experience, but what we encountered was far below acceptable standards. The hotel is significantly overpriced, and for the quality of service and amenities provided, the cost should be at least 60% lower.While the staff tried to be friendly, their approach was overly intrusive, which made our stay uncomfortable. The room itself was unbearably hot, with a weak air conditioning system that we struggled to adjust but to no avail. The air conditioning was not only ineffective but also noisy, and it emitted an unpleasant odor that made the room even less inviting.Although the room appeared clean at first glance, a closer inspection revealed dust and dirt left from previous guests. Numerous areas in the room were in disrepair, with cracks, worn-out fixtures, and scuffed walls. We had hoped to take some beautiful photos and videos during our stay, but the overall worn condition of the room made that impossible. Fingerprints on the walls, which evidently haven't been cleaned in some time, and aged bathroom fittings further detracted from the experience. Additionally, the sink drained poorly, with water standing for an unacceptable length of time.To add to our concerns, we noticed what seemed to be mold in the corner near the ceiling, which is alarming due to the potential health risks. The lack of a suitable power outlet near the bed for charging our phones was another frustrating issue.The jacuzzi, which was supposed to be a highlight of our stay, was dirty and had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals, making it unusable. The only aspect of our stay that we enjoyed was the view from the window, which was beautiful during the day. Unfortunately, due to our late check-in, we had very little time to appreciate it.

I requested a room with a view at the front of the hotel and on a high floor!I got a room on the lower floor and on the side of the hotel!

location, set slightly above the village with excellent views, had a premium corner room which was very comfortable (bed was one of the best) very good breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea, good carparking on site with very helpful and friendly staff to assist parking (it is on the side of a hill with sharp bendy curves) Being in Italy it is built for small cars!

I am sure this was not intentional but check your bill on leaving, instead of the 8 Euro local city tax the receptionist tried to charge my credit card with 80 euro!
