The breakfast was outstanding. And we really didn’t need to eat much until later in the dayThe ladies who looked after us were lovely.
As there is no one on the desk, when our key-cards stopped working it was a bit of a faff to get it reprogrammed.And the air-con seemed to struggle with the 38degree temperatures

No reception staff on duty at all. There was some confusion about how to arrive at the hotel, plus how to enter the hotel and "claim" our room, because I hadn't seen a WhatsApp message sent to me that same day. Why not? Because 1. I wasn't expecting a message and 2. I was driving the whole morning to get to the place from where we had been. All got sorted out in the end, though. Maybe the WhatsApp message could be sent the day before...
Lovely room with a view in a beautifully restored old building in the heart of the medieval quarter. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and an excellent breakfast. Free parking and good restaurants close by.
