Pros +
- I love visit Parador. The room its big and very clean. The breakfast it was amazing
- Location, parking, staff, room - everything was nice. Comfy bed
- Great location and good price The room was a little worn, but clean and comfortable.
Cons -
- Only minor details - we wish that the gym had more equipment (weights). Apart from that the hotel was great!
- The dinner was disappointing. Air conditioning was not great we had to open the terrace door, which left us in an insecure position.
- The reception desk person was on the phone when we arrived. We waited at least 5 minutes to be helped. Not a problem, but she never looked up or said she'd be with us in a minute or anything.

The location
The dinner was disappointing. Air conditioning was not great we had to open the terrace door, which left us in an insecure position.
This parador is right on the edge of the historic old town. We walked around the town at dusk and it was magical. Great location. The central atrium is very comfortable and has a great ambiance. Our room had a mountain view! Great price.

The property is in a great location, comfortable beds but the room was very hot and we were unable to cool it down. Mini bar and bathroom soaps, etc but no other facilities for a 4 star hotel and you had to pay to use the safe. We heard the TV from the next room both nights we stayed, but it could have been that they had the volume exceptionally loud!Lovely bar area and plenty of parking but everything is extra. Pool was ok and very warm.Easy walk into La Seu too.
Great location, kind stuff
Extra payment for parking
Comfortable rooms and interior
We had a long 2:45hr trip from Barcelona and so arrived late on the Friday evening 09:30 just in time for dinner as we were informed it was last food order 09:45 - it certainly felt like the kitchen we’re already closing when we arrived so food wasn’t very hot and not particularly great or certainly my Lubina wasn’t up to standard.
Free parking is 5 minutes walk. The room was large
No space to park the car and unload do the check in and ask about the parking. The hotel is just on the corner on a busy street. The reception were not very friendly. During the night the AC did not work well and when we opened the window it was to a shared balcony with a smoker. The pool was not heated as promised and they want you to use a hair cover that cost 3 euro for each person. The place and room feel more like a retirement home then a hotel.
Beds were comfortable.Very good restaurant on site.
No place to have just coffee in the morning and no water or kettle in the room. They charged us for breakfast, although I need just something to drink in the morning.
A1 for location, Secure parking just opposite, Great Breakfast, Lovely spacious room with very comfortable bed.
all excellent
Excellent motorbike parking, at reasonable cost. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, comfortable room, would recommend for touring stop-over
All good
Very well furnished and amazing open spaces in the central lobby very reminiscent of hareem buildings used centuries past. Good central location although day we arrived in September it was Catalans National Day and everything was shut. (be sure to research that one like I didn't lol).Restaurant option was fine if a little pricey. Breakfast was very extensive. Parking in a secure area adjacent to the hotel for Motorcyclists.Staff very friendly and helpful throughout from reception to bar to restaurant.
Very good
Small double bed. There was a problem in the kitchen on our first night and no hot food available.
Location is great- beds are comfortable
Bit outdated, tailored to Americans. Bit more attention to detail and service is needed. For instance- WiFi is great but password not provided unless asked for. EV Chargers are outdated and can not be used with modern cars. Tesla super charger station next door- can also be used with other cars.
This is an amazing hotel. The facilities are first class and the rooms are comfortable and spotless. The staff all spoke English and were extremely courteous and helpful. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
The choice of things at the buffet
There was no lemon on the buffet. Eggs had to be ordered extra. In the dining room there was no tablecloth, the first time we see this in a Parador.
Excellent location, great breakfast, comfortable X-Large beds
Walls thin, bedding seemed slept in but think just not ironed. Didn’t mention QR code on phone helps with hotel information
It was a lovely hotel, worthy of its status and location, parking was secure; but communication poor
The restaurant was quite unfriendly and seemed quite unprepared to cater for our larger group. We had a very disorganised check in process, most things seemed in need of some consideration of the customer, from parking, to bar, to restaurant, to pool and spa. There were just too many things that caused issues despite being a beautiful building with lovely rooms and a lovely view.
Excellent dinner including vegetarian options, served by friendly staff.Building has great modern design and architecture.
If you are looking for a historical building, you might be disappointed to find only the cloisters of the original convent remain, though nicely integrated.
