Hotel Nice

Location was good.

AC was not working and the curtains did not close. Asked the receptionist, she said everything is booked up and there is nothing can be done. Asked the manager the next day to partially refund, and she said “feel free to leave a bad review but no refunds” although at that point I didn’t even talk about the review. Very disappointed. The room was also pretty basic and the shower was menace to deal with.

The New Year's Eve dinner was good, the waitresses were pretty and attentive, well chosen, however the canned drinks were dirty and the glass cups were broken, but it was funLa cena de fin de año estuvo buena, las camareras hermosas y atentas, bien elegidas, sin embargo las bebidas enlatadas estaban sucias y los vasos de vidrio rotos, pero fue divertido.

The room we were given had uncomfortable beds, made with an iron sommier like in hostels, small, and a poor quality soft mattress. It is possible to see rooms with more modern furniture, but it must be just for the booking photo. The heating was insufficient, the electrical power of the room's switchboard was insufficient, it goes off every time you turn on the hotel's own hairdryer or any other appliance in the bathroom. We tried several times until we gave up. On New Year's Eve the elevator broke down, and there was no emergency service. It was broken for days and I was forced to climb the stairs to the fourth floor. When I collected my bulky suitcases at check-out, the hotel staff helped, I must say that...

Amazing location

Beds not very comfortable, but very warm

Good location with private parking nearby (€12) but not for large vehicles as it's very tight. The hotel is in the centre so easy walking to bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a good size with a double and a single bed. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast at €8.50 plentiful and good. Coffee excellent. The bar on the ground floor has a terrace outside too and is cheap with tapas available. A really good hotel for an overnight stay or for a few days.

Central location with friendly staff and good food available on site.

Parking was a challenge, in part because we happened to arrive on the night of a festival when many streets were closed.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed

Comfortable, warm welcome, fabulous shower, great food and very secure parking for our motorbike.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in Spain. Staff were excellent, hotel is central, clean, quiet with good air conditioning, secure bicycle storage- great restaurant with delicious food. The hotel and restaurant were a good price. I highly recommend this hotel

The location is good: in the middle of La seu

The airconditioning was broken and our small room was in the middle of the building. So the room was 28 degrees Celsius during the night with no possibility to cool the room, although the street temperature was around 18 degrees Celsius. So I did not sleep. When I went to the reception to tell this she just said ‘I’m sorry, if you would have had a room on the outside of the building it would have been better’. Yes, thanks. And I should have gone to the reception in the middle of the night to tell them. Yes, like that would have helped. No (financial) compensation for the bad night. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to the beautiful old town, where we enjoyed a few late drinks. Very friendly staff. Laundromat and superstore in the nearby neighbourhood. Private parking was a good opt for our motorbike.

Breakfast included hot prepared egg dish. Many options. Parking available and restaurant onsite.

I had tecnical problems with my own establishment; and Hotel Nice helped me very nicely with the relocation of my guests; for 2 rooms and 3 guests; and they were very happy.

How water with good pressure, comfy bed & pillows, decent wifi and close to the olde towne. The staff was kind, friendly & helpful. Nice was nice.

Parking garage was a distance away and cost 10 euro.

The staff were really friendly & helpful, I speak a bit of Spanish but English is my first language. They were patient & helped me, I arrived quite late on Sunday night; They showed me where I could get food & helped me be comfortable throughout my stay.

Very nice room, large with cute little enclosed balcony with street view. Airco. In the middle of the centre. La Seu d'Urgell is a very nice little town.

There is dedicated parking which is necessary. It's underground with quite some narrow corners, so bigger cars beware.

The staff were able to cook us an english breakfast of sorts which wasn't listed. The hotel is reasonably well located with underground parking down a side street. There are outdoor bars and an excellent curry house close by. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Location good, right downtown and close to restaurants. Staff was fine. The price was cheap. Room had air conditioning.

TINY hotel room! Just big enough for the (single) bed, basically. No view to speak of. Lights in the hallways are on timers so they're dark until you can find the switch. No parking; just hope you can find street parking.

Simple accommodation, ideal for solo travellers. The staff were pleasant and welcoming and the room, though somewhat spartan, perfectly clean and tidy and perfect after a day's exploring the area.
