ibis budget Saint Martin de Crau Porte de Camargue

great breakfast, friendly staff. clean, quiet rroom

Simple and practical, good for one night stop. The room was clean and staff friendly. The breakfast was also good. Parking was available right in front. This hotel is in a parking area near the highway, and not in town, but we were aware of this. There is a fast food restaurant (well known) in the same area. We even managed to go to the city, which is in walking distance. Good value for the price.

For one night stop during our long drive, there is nothing to complain about.

Super clean and fresh. Very helpful staff. Present, professional, relaxed. You don’t often find that combination!

No issues at all for me

Clean standard room, breakfast was very good. Really nice staff

Very convenient locationLarge roomconvenient parking

Could not get a fresh orange juice

Very friendly and helpful staff, big comfy fun room, loved the hotel lounge and the location next to the charming village.

We missed more lights in the room for the evening.

Clean, modern, quiet. Very close to the motorway if you’re traveling.

Great price and location for car parking and driving off the motorway. Great breakfast.

Black Mould on roof in bathroom - beds are hard but for the cheap price its expected.

It's clean and quite place, close to the road. Has closed parking.

The gate is closed after 10. No bell to ring , only call them. Room was prebooked. They charged me extra for the dog on arrival. No rules saying the pets to be paid extra. They just demanded the payment otherwise they will not let my family in while it's late night. ? If I knew that I would book another bigger place with no extra payments.

The location is perfect, secure parking , the receptionist was really nice and helpful. It's better than other Ibis Budget where I've stayed in the past.Clean. Soundproof. Pet friendly.

The fridge in the room would be nice, and the room could be a bit bigger.

Good price, very clean, comfy beds

Vending machines weren't working, so nowhere to get eg: coffee without going to mcdonalds

Near motorway so it was very handy for us as we were on our way to Italy. Breakfast was good. Good value for the money.

Location, easy check in, staff was friendly

Bedbugs

Easy to check in although didnt like that when arrived nobody was around to help. I arrive late in the evening 2am

Not a safe place. They stole 2 bicycles from the back of my car from their parking lot! . They cut the lock and with a nife cut the ropes. Nobody from the hotel could help me, the only thing they said is they direct me to the police for doing the report ... They have cameras but useless because only can access to them after the police report. I didnt do because I was travelling with my 4 kids (2 babies). I arrived 2 am anf 7.30am the bikes where gone.

Clean, well situated and great friendly staff.

Ibis budget hotel with the Ibis standard: modern decoration, comfy beds, small room and bathroom but perfectly clean, near the motorway.

Nothing to complain about. Ibis standard as expected.

Receptionist Emily and her colleague were very helpful and polite. As well as a young beautiful Spanish girl, the staff who cleans the room is very polite and responsible. Special thanks to them.

On the way back, I wanted to stay at the same hotel again, but the hotel was closed, the reception too, automatic registration through the device did not accept the reservation number, I had to wait more than two hours with small children in hot weather. But there were no results, so I was forced to cancel the reservation.

Very clean, close to the road, quiet and comfy

Clean room number sufficient for family of 3 person. Location near to the highway, which is very good if you passing France in transit. Friendly personnel.

Conveniently located just off the highway

Smelly room. Some highway noise. Lack of late night/early morning eating options in vicinity.
