Hotel Complutense

Perfect location in heart of city, closer to historical centre but quiet and comfort Area, very welcome staff, ready to help. Room clean, basic things there! No breakfast on side, but many cafe around

Able to check in late (midnight) with no problems.

Great location and the staff was super kind.

Rooms were tight, almost no room to move. Thin walls so I heard everything in the hotel and outside. The key system is inconvenient. The bathrooms felt old and rundown, although they were very clean.

Walter the night receptionist was amazing.

The location was great. It's walking distance to downtown Alcala de Henares so there's lots of restaurants and a big Carrefour grocery store which is great for snacks, wine, and cava that is nearby. Overall it's a nice hotel for a few nights.

The beds were a little hard, not much of a mattress but it was doable. The room was a little dark. Our room was street facing so early in the morning we could hear everything. The breakfast is not in the hotel, but it was only a few minutes walk away.

The hotel was great for me as it was close to my son. I knew it didn't have tea and coffee facilities in the room but that would be really nice especially as breakfast is off site. The room was lovely and dark so I slept well however the bed was quite small. Staff were very friendly even with my limited Spanish.

There was no breakfast. There was nothing. False advertisement is what you have. Ned are very small and I thought my room was what was advertised a bigger room. Rooms are like a grave width. Dirty. They don’t clean the rooms well. They count the towels. Very upsetting uncomfortable and unwelcoming front desk employees. Walter was the best person on the crews.

Don’t lie. It’s a crappy hotel. Don’t mis advertise your rooms. There is nothing worth praising in this hotel except for Walter the front desk man and all the others don’t belong

The rooms were very noisy. You could hear other guests through the walls who were very loud!

The people at the hotel are lovely. They helped me and my sister with almost everything. They took care of our needs and told us so many things that we could do in Alcalá. Worth the money. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice location, easy access to all facilities, basic and clean accommodation.

Didn't serve breakfast but nit a problem as cafes close by

Breakfast is served in a cafe some 50 metres away from hotel. It was fine...

As always a kettle in the room would have added to this fine hotel

Location. Just a short walk to the town centre, including the Plaza de Cervantes. Great atmosphere in the town during the weekend. Bathroom looked to be newly refurbished. Compact, but nice. Friendly staff. The bedroom was a small single, not luxury, but very good value. My second time at this hotel. Booked again for July.Aircon worked very well.

The room was small, but adequate and good for the price I paid.

The location was very close to public transit which made it easy to go into the city. It was also near various tapa bars and cafes. The staff were kind and helpful. Affordable place to stay for a weekend.

I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I could also hear loud snoring throughout the night because of the thin walls which was not the best. The bed was not the most comfortable.

Rooms dirty bed linen had hairs in them , cushions on bed had stains , no toilet paper , bedroom widow didn’t lock and blind didn’t go fully down the gym across the street have a flashing light which stayed on all night ?and we were on the ground floor , there were people in the room next to us fighting all night and early the next morning, myself and my daughters checked out the next morning we didn’t stay for the next night , and I booked another hotel as we hadn’t slept all night because of noise and dirty bed linen , and when we raised these concerns to the girl at the desk she abused us and followed us out on to the street and continued to abused us . This is not a hotel as advertised but more like a hostel

The location of the hotel is very convenient, since its very near to the city center and also near a big supermarket. The size of the room was okay and the beds were very comfortable. It also has 24hour reception service and elevator. There was ac as well, which we didn't use.

No breakfast. Location was ideal.

Extremely small space…almost claustrophobic. Two twin beds pushed together. Zero soundproofing between rooms.

Very small. It’s the sad room. The room is same floor of entrance. Also I don’t like opening the entrance door for 24 hours.
