    Pros +

    • The location was great, especially because I chose the hotel in that specific location. The price was OK before the booking. They offer breakfast. The staff not often speaks English. They have ironing and cleaning service. The pool is nice.I did not try the SPA.
    • Due to its odd location (at the entrance of an industrial zone) I did not expect much. However, it turns out to be a decent hotel, good and spacious room, swimming pool, decent service.
    • Quiet area outside Madrid. Pool not open. 25degree during our stay. Staff unfriendly & unhelpful. Food in Bistro bar unimaginative & restrictive,. Nicely air conditioned in gereral areas, but bedroom airconditioners not working. Room very warm.

    Cons -

    • The breakfast was not fresh. The following items were both visually and tasting like old: donuts, eggs, cheeses, and ham. The eggs in particular had a "plastic" taste to it, very weird. The staff seems to be under pressure and stressed all the time. With the exception of a lady at the bar, during the breakfast. The room ventilation was dirty and collected dust. The same applies to: under the bed, the lamps next to the tv, and the top shelf of the closet. I have allergies. I had to clean it myself. I didn't ask to change rooms nor someone to clean it due to past bad experiences, therefore, I just did it myself. The bed shakes a lot. It seems like it is loose. Whenever I had to move to better adjust my body on the bed, the entire bed would wiggle. Terrible pillows as well. I "didn't mind too much" because I was traveling for business and I'm a heavy sleeper. The bathroom had "water infiltration" marks on the ceiling and the towel hanger was damaged, almost falling off the wall. They gave me a room in front of the entrance. I can't describe how loud the room was with people coming in and out the hotel. During 2 days they had events in the hotel, therefore, there was loud people talking/screaming until around midnight.TL;DR;If you will be at the hotel late at night, you're a heavy sleeper, you will have meals outside the hotel, and you don't have dust allergies, this place would be good for you.
    • It would help making it more comfortable for a traveler if the inner room is equipped with a coffee/ tea machine, better options at the mini bar besides water (that is free). Also an interactive tv could make things more interesting.
    • The location was not good. We could jet even get an Uber here. So far time wise from Madrid. It took an hour to get to Madrid and 45 minutes to get to the airport. Huge mistake picking this location. If you are going to Madrid then avoid this place. If you are going to wherever this was then by all means it’s an ok place to stay.

It was a decent enough hotel.

The beds were comfortable the room was clean

The slowest check in imaginable. Also the location on the map looks close to the airport however it's a very long and someone expensive car ride. The taxi ride to downtown was ridiculously expensive because of the location. And again because the location is so far removed from downtown you cannot get an Uber to come out there to pick you up.

    Aircon didn’t work

Location, size of room, nice & quiet, easy parking

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Good hotel, especially for easy access to the highway. Very close to the airport and a shopping mall. Parking is very convenient. The pool access of the first floor rooms were nice and had outside seating. The bar is open until 23 and has reasonable prices. All in all, good place for short business stays.

The chair in the room is extremely uncomfortable. Lighting is also awkward so working in the room was hard. Luckily the bar area is open until late with tables and better chairs. The bathroom also needs a little bit of refurbishing in the shower area, its quite worn out. The hotel advertises a gym but to be honest, this room is too small and poorly equipped. The hot pool and sauna is right next door, makes the room very humid and hot. There were 4-5 machines (treadmill, elliptic etc.). but at least 2 did not work. The gym was a little bit of disappointment.

The room is spacious and the bed was comfortable

I found a hair in my towel. There was an empty plastic bottle in the cabinet. And the staff were not very friendly, they never explained anything, and answered the questions I asked here on booking reluctantly like I’m not very smart

    7Thierry_bePosted on: 10-14-2024

There was a pool - but it was raining. So I could not use it. The room are very quiet, the breakfast was nice.

The wifi in my room was so bad that I had to make a hotspot with my phone. The location is quite far from the city centre which is a pity. And also from the train station.

    6ChristinePosted on: 9-23-2024

The room was spacious with a huge bathroom and good quality toiletries. Staff were friendly. Wifi was free and good. Evening meal in cafeteria was very nice and pastry selection at breakfast was good. Fresh orange juice was delicious.

There was only one check in point at reception and as there was a wedding on the day we checked in so we had to wait 30 mins to get checked in. Only one electric point in the room and no USB ports. One chair only on the balcony (there were two of us staying) Breakfast buffet was hit and miss. Both scrambled eggs and fried eggs were stone cold, yuk! Bread was very dry. Hot milk and hot water were not brought out until we had almost finished breakfast, needed them for coffee.

The pool area was beautiful, though we did not have time to use the facilities. The entrance was nicely decorated with beautiful art. It was clean and comfortable.

We did not have any issues during our short stay.
