Great location! Amazing and respectful people , highly recommended about money? This hotel i It's great,! I will pay any money with out question

Everything in the hotel is perfect. It was clean, comfortable and really all you could wish for.

The main light bulb in the room wasn't working so I had to rely on the lamps next to the beds and one lamp on the desk.

The staff were well versed, the room was alway cleaned properly, restaurant facility was clean and food was good, located in a pedestrian only area where taxis had no access. Many historical sites next to the hotel to visit and explore.

It was very clean.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable and I should’ve done more research on it, though charming, it is a bare minimum hotel.

Location was great, straight in the city centre. Room was clean and relatively spacious. Breakfast was nice, sufficient options.

On the top floor, the window was very small and didn't open, so the room was quite warm. And in winter the air conditioning only lets out warm air.

Being that they have a lot of English speaking guests, they could have TV's in the room with English channels or ones that could be changed to English!

Amazing location in the heart of Alcalà. I loved the view of the plaza from the room they gave me.

I wished the area was a little quieter at night.

We have stayed here a number of times. The location is good the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Many room have lovely views over plaza San Diego. Unfortunately our room this time was in the attic with only two small windows in the roof. So no view We decided to have breakfast in the hotel at 12 € each. We had this before and it was good. However this time it was worst breakfast ever. There were only two cereals coco pops and cornflakes. No milk. The cooked breakfast bacon and scrambled eggs looked disgusting. We couldn’t touch it. It must have been sitting there for hours. All the bread available was stale. The ham was poor quality. Very disappointing stay this time

Everything. It has the charm of a parador without the exhorbitant price. Clean, comfortable and located right at the center of old Alcalá. Breakfast was quite good.

The location is perfect for seeing the town. Close to the historic university (next door, more or less). A few minutes walk from the bus stop that connects with the Airport.Reception, breakfast and bar staff were very friendly, nothing to fault with the staff. I didn't go for the buffet breakfast, though it looked very good. I went for a coffee and some toast separately at a very reasonable price.The hotel is close to all the restaurants, bars etc. Though sitting in the hotel bar was also very pleasant.

There is nothing that I would say I didn't like.

Bed was comfy, decor was quite lovely. The view from the window was also really great—our room looked out on the square.

No tea/coffee facilities. The room was a tad loud as the doors and windows seemed old. Also, I needed to leave the hotel during the night for a bus and I was locked in and had to ring someone to let me out.

The hotel is located right in the city center, next to a nice plaza.

The furniture is old and uncomfortable and it's not the cleanest hotel I stayed in.

The location of Hotel El Bedel is perfect! It is right next to the front gate of the Universidad de Alcalá, the town centre, the Christmas market, and many restaurants. In addition, I love the bath tub and the spacial room. The service of the front desk was impressive and so nice. I don't know the name of the young lady, but she speaks English pretty well and being kind offers Information.

The heater is not strong enough, but I understand it's an old hotel, and the hardware sometimes is not that satisfying but sufficient to meet the fundamentals. There's no water boiler in the room so I'd love if they have one there.

We enjoyed a good sized, very comfortable room, and a tasty menu of the day at their restaurant. Great coffee & bakery places close by were also perfect for us!

We selected a suite but had to change rooms because of weak wifi. And, the personal products were disappointing, but that aside, we enjoyed our visit.
