The older front desk staff are very unhappy, rude and curt. The woman who runs the breakfast room is rude. Don't get into the hospitality business if you don't like helping people enjoy their stay. The younger staff were much more cheerful.

Parking was said to be free but it’s a small lot so no spaces. They should offer to pay the fees (10 euros) at next door lot.

Near the train station

The toilet paper was hard to get, they used the same kind they use on a gas station or the airport. No good

There is no tea/coffee facilities in the room like advertised. On request I was given a kettle & 2 paper cups but that’s it. If you don’t provide it, don’t advertise it!

Charged us 20 euros extra per dog.Booked an Air conditioned room except it didn’t work. When mentioned to reception we were told the season were transitioning and therefore didn’t work.Filthy staircase.Drunks outside all night. Even a fight at 300am.Walked the dogs in the morning and was accosted by a beggar outside the entrance.Luckily there were also armed police when I returned.

Good location , there are a lot of restaurants nearby and a supermarket, it was clean with nice bath , the staff was very friendly and helpful, we even got a kettle

When we arrived the smell in the room wasn’t good , so we had to open the window

No microwave not refrigerator. No gym or swimming pool. No amminitiese rude director and the male receptionist were rude. The female receptionist amd dining ladies were very polite. The cleaning ladies were the best and very polite.

Put microwave and refrigerator in rooms. Need gym

The bed was very comfortable and they welcome pets, front desk staff were very polite and helpful, the hotel is right next to a food court with a wide range of dinner options, the breakfast was decent, it's just about exactly halfway between Lisbon and Barcelona so pretty perfect for my needs

You can hear your neighbours very clearly through the walls (fortunately everyone was quiet at night) and the ramp to the subterranean parking was open even though the entrance was shut, so I had to reverse out

Was perfect for our needs, parking is appreciated. The place was clean and has a bath, which is a nice touch

Excellent meal in their restaurant, and very good value. Menu del dia was offered, which consisted of 3 courses,bread and a drink, at a very good price of €13.70 per head. The homemade cheese cake was delicious. Comfortable bed and pillows.Very friendly staff.

I don't like their charging system, I got charged twice on my card before I arrived, then one disappeared, then I was charged on arrival, and was given a refund for one of the payments, all very confusing.

The check-in guy was great and the bar was convenient, the dog charge was very expensive

We went to the bar for a drink following our arrival and was advised that it was fine to take the dog to the bar and cafeteria. After a walk, we returned to the bar for another drink before dinner and were bluntly told by a different member of staff that the dog wasn't allowed in the bar or cafeteria.As a result, we didn't get dinner which was part of the package, so we left the following day feeling pretty fed up. We wont be going back, that's for sure.

We were travelling with a dog and requested a ground floor room but were allocated 6th floor.

Everything is worn out. The towels smell like bleach, the kettle is leaking, disposable cups!!!, no fridge, parking - extra 10 eur, pet - extra 10 eur, the walls are shaking when the staff is cleaning the room next to yours, wifi needs to reconnect each time you open your laptop...

Free on site parking and 24 HR reception was helpful as we were travelling from Santander and couldn't be sure exactly when we were going to arrive. A kettle in the room with coffee and milk sachets was a welcome touch.

We thought the restaurant would be open in the evening (it was a Sunday). This wasn't a big problem as there were other eateries open within a two-minute walk from the hotel.

The description for the location said city center- It was not even in Madrid. It was a 58 euros taxi ride from the Atochi train station. We asked for hotels with breakfast and we were charged q0eutos pp per day. This inexpensive hotel ended up being VER EXPENSIVE. First 3 of our 6 days they would not allow my sons guide dog for the deaf in the dining room for breakfast but would allow her in for dinner

The staff were exceptionally good especially when booking in and exceedingly helpful. I'm not a tourist as such I need overnight accommodation that is pet friendly as I travel solo backwards and forwards between my home here in Spain and my home in uk.It's wonderful to find hotels that help out in this way.I cannot comment on facilities in the local area other than to say that for a town environment there is an area opposite the hotel where dogs can be walked.easily

There is one small point that I would make which is relevant for elderly people and that is the shower is integral to the bath so climbing in and out without a bath mat can be quite hazardous because it can get very slippy. I have no other point to make because the facilities were excellent for a 3 star hotel

Arrived late but it’s staffed 24 hours so no problem. Was just a stop over from Santander to the south of Spain. Very cheap price and very clean, A/C and free WiFi. Over all excellent value for money.

The room was lovely, beds were very comfortable. The shower has good pressure and the room was very clean. The area around the hotel was nice. And it was close to the metro/train station.

The breakfast was pretty disappointing for the price. The selection of food was poor. Not much cereal, the hot food was just rubbery eggs. Also my fault, I didn't realise it's not really a tourist area, so most of the restaurants around require Spanish and have very little/no English.

Breakfast was ok.
