Motel Venus Madrid Norte

مدت معطلی خیلی زیاد تا تحویل کلیدطی دوران اقامت هیچ شخصی از خدمه هتل رو نمیبینیدصبحانه افتضاح بود

Strong steel bars to keep out the criminals that were outside

We were left in hot sun for 3 hours with no protection from the sun or the nefarious individuals outside. They refused to let us come inside for protection and we were forced to call an uber to escape the dangerous neighborhood

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean

The check-in process was terrible. They didn't seem to know about our reservation. It was difficult to find someone, There is no hotel lobby. You have to ring a buzzer outside and they do everything through a small impersonal window.

I didn’t like anything about this property.

There was no lobby for checking, it was a drive up window and the person inside couldn’t be seen. After checkin had to push a button to open an automatic garage door and drive through to another garage door to park and go to the room. Garage access was very tight on space making it difficult to enter the 2nd garage. We exited the garage, checked out, and left the property without staying

To forget...

Smell from the cigarets in the room, problems with an invoice, problem with a recetion process. This is a "love place" motel and if you have another purpose of the visit, you should consider something else. Breakfest is quite poor: coffe + 2 toasts + mormalide - and promoted as a great breakfast.

Nothing, we were hated on arrival. Nothing good about the experience

1. Uncleaned rooms2. Very poor communication by uncooperative staff.3. Racial discrimination4. Poor breakfast (bread and coffee only) with expensive rate . Not worth the money 5. We were given soap, toiletries and drinking water the first day only, guess they did not know the kind of visitors that were to check in, that is why we were written off after check in.6. We were made to pay an extra £200 as deposit to refund on check out that has not hit the account a day later, hoping we have not been conned.

Great bath towels.

The cigarette smoke from other rooms would go into the ventilation system and into our room. The smell was a bit strong.
