Zouk Hotel

Super upscale motel. Loved the pool and sauna...in my room. My flight was cancelled so I needed a place to stay within the airline budget until my flight was rescheduled and this place more than fit the bill.

Parking was great and the included supper was very good. The room was very quiet.

Breakfast was poor, one piece of toast and orange juice.

Beautiful facilities. Spacious and comfortable. Great room service set up. Good car parking. Easy access. Good location.

The included breakfast was fairly rudimentary. 1 croissant & a cup of coffee ?

Convenient parking (adjasent to the room, uder the same roof!), super clean, plenty of hot water shower, 100Gb wifi.High quality and quite affordable food delivery to the room.Friendly staff resolved minor problem in a minute.

Very nice and private. Great for a romantic time. Easy check in and out.

The food menu options could be a little better, and they ask you not to bring your own food and drinks which is odd for a hotel. Our phone could not connect to the room speakers - not sure if the equipment was too old or if our phone was not compatible.

1. Location is a bit far from necessary places.2. The stairs to the room. Difficult to get especially with luggage.

We liked the hotel concept. Very clean and discrete. We just used it as a stop on our way to MAD, but we were pleasantly surperised and enjoyed the facilities.

It is an intimate hourly hostel. It was not mantion during the reservation or at the hotel page in Booking.com. The room has an agly smell of sigars, some devieces were stiky. Breakfast was served intimatly throgh a cabinet, it was minimal continental breakfast.

It was great place to stay. We stay just one night, but we like it. The room was realy nice and it was good that we had a separate garage for the car.

The only positive point was that we have a garage for our car.

- It's impossible to sleep because of the music noise from the other rooms. - We can ear all the maintenance. Sound of doors opening, dishes, etc. It's very annoying. - When we turn on the hot tub, dirt came out. - one of the power plugs didn't work.

The spa-bath was very good, our room was very clean, and we loved the breakfast service

The location was quite far from the train station if you don’t have car, so uber is needed. BUt still ok

It is an amazing hotel with all the confort. We loved the bed and the theme! Very cleaned and great bath, definitely we will be back. The bar area is pretty good and not expensive. Very intimate and relax.

They have a great menu even with glutten free, but unfortunately, nothing for vegan. I am very disappointed they do not have anything suitable for vegans. The location is in an industrial area if you don't have car, it is difficult to get there.

The room was OK, clean and comfortable.

This Hotel is actualy a modern motel for couples. If you expect (like we did) A 4 star Hotel with actual loby and reception you will be dissapointed.We did not understand that from the description in BOOKINGVery basic breakfest.

Furnitures, dinner and mirrors were fantastic.

Hairdryer didn't work.Massage bath didn't work well.

Very modern with good quality furnishings. Garage for vehicle below apartment was very convenient.

Advertised as hotel but it is actually a sex oriented motel. Having said this, it was a great visual experience.

The room was pleasant enough, but there was no rug and the tile floor was very cold at night. Unfortunately someone was playing the drums until 3:00 am. I did not sleep very well. Twice I had to go back to get a new room card key for the room as the ones I had would not open the door.

The location was right off the highway and not near the town at all. It was very noisy in my room.

I don't know how to say this, but I was quite shocked on arrival! The reception was a window in the wall, after driving between 2 grey buildings on a trading estate. Then driving to the room which we entered through a garage door. Then stairs up to a room which was, admittedly, comfortable. But was obviously solely set up for clandestine intimate liaisons! Mirror above the bed, such discreet room service that the breakfast tray was slid into the back of a cupboard! No-one could know that you or your car were there! Nice jacuzzi bath! No outlook from the room, just Grey walls. Had to drive somewhere else to find a restaurant.

The description of this hotel does not explain its purpose! It is not somewhere for an elderly couple to stay. Receptionist were trying not to laugh, but they were pleasant. Breakfast was mean! We've put this stay down to experience!!

The privacy you get at this place is outrageous. The way room service works is so satisfaying . Overall is everything you nees if you want some quality time with your lover

The fact that due to where it's located, there's no way to get there by foot, so keep in mind that if you don't have a car, your only way is by uber and some drivers would just tell you that they won't take a 5€ trip .

It was a nice and comfy room, the jacuzzi was spacious and relaxing, the privacy, own garage and etc

The breakfast way too simple, the receptionist was rude, the food taste horrible, you could hear the noice of the motorway, the curtain of the room was a bit ripped.
