It was clean staffs were friendly but if they can put fridge in the room it will be nice

Not very easy to find

The room was basic but clean, it was quiet and outside of the town but had free parking. It was a quick drive to the airport.

Location was excellent for us to walk to the commercial centre close by and have a drink and something to eat. Parking was essential and overall it was a good experience for a one night stay before going to the airport the next day. The breakfast was very good and adequate. Receptionists were exceptional and very helpful when I needed them to speak to the car parking company at the airport for me to tell them our ETA for dropping the car off. Would stay again as it's easy to get to.

It wasn't far to walk to nearby restaurants, but they are located in a commercial centre so very average food at expensive prices. For the better restaurants you need to drive into town.

Great value for money for this hotel. The room was always spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel parking was also convenient. We will definitely be back next time.

Location is out of town. The nearby indoor shopping centre was small, with not much choice of shops and restaurants. The grill restaurant beside the hotel is closed and derelict.

Helpful staff, quiet room (could have fresh air in at night). Ground floor (with dog) was really useful. Comfy bed. Good WiFi. Good breakfast.

Room could have been a bit bigger to accommodate the dog, but it was only a one night stay.

The booking process was quick and easy and the price was very good. It was easy to find and it had good facilities. It was also within walking distance to shops and a petrol station for further needs. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Would use again, and recommend to friends and family. A++ experience.

The place was clean and the staff helpful. Very Zen. NOT close to the airport. It costs 46 euros from the hotel to the airport in a taxi.

Location was sketchy. Loud. Restaurants were a fair distance without a car.

The room was a good size as well the shower. Excellent service and housekeeping.Its location is out of Madrid, at 45 minutes, very quiet and safety area, close to a shopping center and next door supermarket. Twenty minutes walking to Renfe station, bus stop at the door.

I didn’t like the smoking area at the entrance of the hotel because of the smell.

The price cheaper than anywhere else. Good breakfast. Silence.

It was clean, the staff were friendly enough. The location was OK. It was cheap - but it felt like it should've been a lot cheaper.

Budget shouldn't mean detention centre. Ibis budget isn't really a great deal cheaper then the normal Ibis. This hotel came up in a Booking.com search as I have stayed at the OTHER Ibis in the area (that was the one I thought I had booked and in fact went to that hotel first to be told I was in the wrong place). I have to say for the small amount of difference this was quite horrible, clean, well serviced etc. but no food available, not even a bar or anything other than a frankly sad vending machine and a tiny coffee machine. After seeing the pleasant looking reception area things went downhill rapidly... the walk down the corridor from a 1970's detention centre took me to the room which frankly, could not have been less inviting. I honestly expected to see a machine on the wall that accepted euros if you wanted electricity. Pebble dashed anti vandal paint on the walls... everything just felt stark and barren. it really did feel like I was a "boat person" arriving in a country that didn't want me. I have stayed in some rough places in my life and am no stranger to "slumming it" but I expected more. No, sadly they have taken the "budget" idea a few steps too far... and the strangest thing is - it's not even that much cheaper than a normal Ibis. It was a mistake I won't be making again. Cannot recommend unless you have exactly and only the amount they charge in your budget. Last resort only - always pay a bit extra.
