The breakfast options and the staff were very nice, always willing to assist us with anything we needed.

I think the rooms can be upgraded a bit more. There was no fridge or an iron for the clothes. The comforter had cigarette burns and holes. It was clean but I think that with all the money that this hotel gets, they can make an effort to provide new bedding.

Everything was great - clean, quiet, comfortable!Everyone was ready to help, they assisted us with a taxi, with renting an apartment, and buying a sim card - I cannot recommend them enough!

The Hotel Cisneros is a small, cozy establishment 20 minutes away from the city center on foot, and the neighborhood is very quiet most of the time. The other guests were also very quiet, most of the time. This makes the hotel ideal for a quiet stay with the family.The staff is welcoming and generously helpful in meeting all our needs - for example, receptionists boiled water for tea and warmed our food for us late at night, when the restaurant was already closed.The hotel's restaurant offers a good breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. They do offer lunch and dinner as well, but we didn't have an opportunity to check them out.We rented rooms with double beds. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the bathrooms are in excellent condition. The terraces were large and private, very pleasant for having a meal or just chilling.All in all, it's a quiet, comfortable and pleasant experience and an excellent value for the money.

We were really happy with everything. The only thing that was missing from the double rooms was a tea kettle (or microwave) and a minifridge, but all the receptionists gladly helped us with that, so it's not really an issue.

Everything is amazing with this little cozy hotel smells so good in this hotel and is very clean.The staff is so nice and helpful. The restaurant staff is always friendly and makes great coffee… everything is nearby just love this place Have been there 4 times with my family. It’s a good price

Nothing maybe the parking can be a bit hard to find if you have a car and don’t want to pay for parking in the hotel and could have a little refrigerator in the rooms

It was quiet, quaint and very friendly. Breakfast was more than adequate.

The place was good, in the calm and green suburb. Personal was nice and friendly. Big bathroom.

Hotel is somehow not cosy. From the first sight it looks normal, but you dont want to stay for a long. Plastic floor, balcony on the upper floor with such high walls that you dont see anything. Dirty walls and ceiling (just need renovation), no fridge. The bed for us was terribly unconfortable- very hard, and when you sleep you roll to the middle, so couldnt sleep normally. And the crib for baby has an extra cost, and it had some bad smell, maybe from the storage.

The room was very nice and clean. The room was cleaned every day. Bed, mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. We liked breakfast - excellent coffee (the best in Alcala) with croissant, toasted bred and butter with marmalade, fresh fruit and yogurt.

Remote control of TV was out of order, Room telephone did not work, as well. There was some problems with Wi-Fi in our room, but at first floor in the lobby it works perfect.

The staff is amazing, and the room is big, comfortable, and modern (no difference from prestigious chains such as NH or Accor). I didn't use but they have parking.

The restaurant at the hotel doesn't have many options and the quality is average.

Great location for the old town - only a 10 minute walk. It was everything we needed for a one night stopover on our way north.We would certainly use the hotel again when travelling to or from Bilbao.
