The gym was disappointing--very small with old equipment and no exercise balls as described. However, the front desk later provided a kit with a yoga mat, foam roller, and resistance bands to borrow, so that was a nice substitute.

A very comfortable Parador close to the heart of Alcala de H.The World Heritage Site award is well merited, and the traffic free centre is well used by the buzzy crowd strolling and appreciating the multitude of shops and food/drink outlets.An excellent, spacious underground garage.

Loved the oversize room, the cleanliness and the wonderful quiet neighborhood. Loved the breakfast service and the late-night bar. Loved the easy access to the downtown.

The main sights are in Madrid. 30 minutes /€50 by taxi or an hour by train. Nightlife is limited. This is a great getaway for solitude and relaxation.

The amenities in my room are excellent but my room has a muggy smell.

The check in and check out process took too long. Understaffs.

Room was super quiet (greatly appreciated) this is why I chose this hotel out of the city of Madrid. Friendly staff, clean room and spacious, location and parking.

I liked everything but there is always room for improvement. Several nights our TV will turn on automat in the middle of the night, we brought this issue to the front desk but it was never solved. I think it has to do with the room magnetic card and the TV connected to the automatic turn on lighting system. Personally, I will disconnect the TV from the automatic turn on system and let each guess manage the TV. It is very annoying to be woken up in the middle of the night by a TV on. Everything else was excellent and I do recommend this hotel 100%!

The lights work in quite a difficult way. My son wanted just one light for the night and we did not doscover how to do that.

Superb room in the modern part of the building. The ancient part is used for the restaurant. Great service. Quiet. Location cannot be better, steps for the University, but away from the noise.

The hotel is very spread out. Navigation and directional signage very poor. Bedroom lighting for reading very poor.Facilities disappointing, In a hotel of this supposed quality. I would have expected tea / coffee making faciliets in room along with complimentary water. Also no details regarding hotel facilities in room other than possibly on the TV.
