The spacious and comfortable room

Good location in in quiet and clean place

Bad shower, bad bet, and terrible restaurant waiter on the 01/10/2025 night.

People were nice, some were really friendly, but on the 01/10/2025 there was restaurant waiter, a man that was very disrespectfully, acting annoyed to the point we had to leave the Hotel restaurant and go have dinner somewhere else, we did not dare to come back to the restaurante after that episode. Totally unacceptable.The best were not comfortable and the pillows were also bad.The shower would not work properly. Sometimes too hot sometimes no pressure, sometimes only cold water.

Very clean, comfortable.

Very basic amenities. No clock, no coffee or tea, no gym. Loud surroundings with minimal soundproofing. Overall expensive for what you get.

Walking distance from old town.

Surprised that the room was a bit outdated. For me not up to the standards of a 4 stars hotel. The views were not nice, to a field with rusted vehicles.

The property was in a great location for what we needed and very clean

The breakfast, nothing available. This hotel does not have enough staff to accommodate large groups. The staff at the front dress were very rude and no helpful at all. Very little English speaking. The hotel bar only opened for a few hours and had hardly any stock.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was lot of things to choose from and the staff there were friendly and helpful. It's not located in the centre, but because it's a small town, everything is very close. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The staff at the front desk were not particularly friendly. Not rude, just not very welcoming. The room felt a bit cramped because of the extra bed, and the lighting in the bathroom was not very good. Our main issue, though, was the noise. Not just the noise from the corridor of people chatting on their way to their rooms (something which I understand is hard for the hotel to control), but the noise from the street. The windows did very little to block out what sounded like a large group of people gathered outside talking and laughing through most of the night. The windows were firmly closed and the curtains drawn but we were still unable to sleep because it was so noisy. Not something you'd expect in a 4-star hotel.

Bed was nice with good views. Breakfast was very nice. Very quiet even with a full hotel. Just a short walk to great sights, shop, restaurants and bars. Would stay again.

The pictured roof top pool is more of a jacuzi with limited amenities near it. The outside bars were not open when I was there, I would have really enjoyed that. Not all rooms with the same title are the same.

A good sized room with lovely balcony and spa bath. Personnel very helpful. The location of the hotel was great in reference to the very special historical centre

The rooms are not large but they are designed well. Our stay was pleasant and the location is perfect. Near centro without so much noise! Luggage room felt secure and the staff was efficient.

TV was tricky to figure out (which was funny because we do think of ourselves as relatively smart people… until that TV). The front desk staff came up quickly when we called and got it straightened out for us in a few minutes. Such a tiny thing, which says a lot about the stay. Hard to think of anything we really didn’t like.

Very clean, comfortable , good value. Very helpful staff.

Though the room was comfortable and well appointed it was more suited to business/ work and lacked a little ambience

Location of the hotel is ok. Not in the Alcala city centre,but city centre reachable.Pool on the roof - very nice place to relax

Wifi was very bad.Doors slam shut which woke me up every morning.

I like the fact it's so peaceful and close to shops and bars/restaurants Such a pretty hotel.

Reception staff could be a bit more pleasant if anything!!
