Great location perfect for staying close to the train station for early departures. Spacious bedroom and bathroom even had a bidet.

Wallpaper was dirty and shower head couldn’t be hanged.

The staff is amazing and the location is great!

The walls are paper thin and you can hear people having sex, constant chatting, walking on the halls, the level of noise makes it hard to enjoy. Also the type of people that normally stays there is not the greatest!

Wonderful space for a great price! The rooms were clean and well-furnished, the staff was incredibly helpful and available at all hours, and the location was within a 3 minute walk of numerous restaurants. And only a 10-15 minute walk from Main Street, with bakeries everywhere and lots of beautiful architecture and local shops on the way!

The apartment style complex meant the walls were a little thin. Our first night I was woken up by someone’s suitcase in the cobblestone hallway outside, but with white noise it was pretty peaceful.

It's out-of-town. Bit of maintenance required on rooms. I have done maintenance and I can see silly little things need doing. The waste in the bathroom was stuck so on the end I could.not use the sink. Other tiny bits where they just not kept up maintenance. Coffee from a machine.

It is in the city center and the employees do not disturb you in any way.

The location was wonderful and the staff really went out of their way to help me with my horrible Spanish. They were patient and supportive. The room was a good size, and the bathroom, especially the tub, was luxurious.

The closet was very dusty and cobwebby, but the rest of the room was quite clean. The window didn't feel like it securely closed, which didn't feel very safe re: leaving my things in the room, but it was fine.

Location convenient if you work in Madrid. Family-run chinese restaurant by the door, can only be recommended, very tasty for the price.

People are very loud, even at times between 10 pm and 6 am (I could clearly hear the same lady shouting at 5 am every single day, maybe an employee?). The parking is for small to medium size cars and skilled drivers only.

Price and location cannot be faulted. The room was serviced every day. Aircon was good and front desk staff were polite and helpful. The fridge in the room was a huge bonus and coffee and water from the machine in the foyer was only €1 .

All was good , there wasn't anything to dislike.

Not much, except for central location.

I was given a dirty and smelly room with a disgusting odour of sewage coming from the toilet. There is no window to the outside to let fresh air in. If you have another option, do not book this property.

Nice and friendly staff, we rented a 3 bed room, my bed was confortable but the other two were pretty bad. Location was fine, nothing crazy but good enough, bathroom is pretty big and you always have cleaning service which is nice. It has parking which is very convenient, but you have to pay for it. Nice warm water in the shower.

Wifi didnt reach the room, we always had connection problems. The floor made A LOT of noice when walking around. The TV sounds its pretty bad, like an old TV. The bathroom's bathub was loosing the painting and in the trash can there was some peace of food from previous people. The shower didnt work properly, water was coming out with low preasure. The toilet flush also had very low preasure and it went out pretty slow, which made things harder you know... I give more stars than deserved because there are new owners from what they said and the place is looking better little by little, but still lot of work to do...

Good size room. Warm and comfortable. Bed was surprisingly comfortable given that it looked low quality . Location was good, a few minutes walk from the train station.

At price point not much to complain about. The decor is a little jaded and the hotel looks tired . I was working nearby and it suited very well.

Close to station, basic but clean and comfortable . Fridge in room an unexpected bonus. Staff friendly.
