I wanted extra pillows because the ones put were rubbish, but they said they didn't have any. I asked for forks and a knife and you have guessed, they didn't have any.

The hotel was very clean and cozy and rhe staff was very nice and helpful.

Location is out of town. It could do with a bit of basic maintenance.

Keep on top of maintenance is key to a hotel. Coffee from a rubbish machine. There are so many nice machines available these days that it is ridiculous not offering this service.

Reception area looked deserted, coffee shop closed, no evening food. Carpets in hallways need cleaning

Not a lot. It was in a convenient location. The staff were pleasant. The room had a fridge.

Restaurant closed. Bar closed. Uncomfortable bed. Only one bath towel (there was an oversized hand towel but not good enough) . I tried to ring down to reception but phone did not appear to work. Tried to grab a towel from the trolley but there were no bath towels there either. This room was vastly overpriced and definitely not worth the money!

The location is not centric but it's good when you have your own transport. No parking issue like if its in the city center. It's near enough to everywhere. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The carpet is old and dirty. The flooring is also a bit uneven, you don't really see it but you can feel it when you walk along the corridor (the carpet flooring). The room has no sound proof, so you can near the neighbors, from the football field opposite the hotel, guests along the corridor, etc.

Large room and very comfortable bed; tea kettle, tv, stable wifi; toilette provided with bidet; wide basement parking; supermarket next to the entrance and LaDehesa mall at a walking distance; location close to the Henares river, nice for a jogging around

Maybe breakfast needs some fresh yogurt and a wider selection of tea bags

Beautiful suite, kettle, tea & coffee in it?parking was easy, Lidl & a shopping centre next door very close to motorway.

1 usable socket in the whole room - had to use bathroom sockets Wi-fi was hopeless Saturday night the hotel switched off the aircon . Said we had to breathe fresh air & open the windows, which we did but then got all the noise from the car park & motorway!!! Terrible nights sleep.Don’t advertise a facility, let customers pay for it & then take it away!

Not a lot. Pets allowed but not really pet friendly. Old furnishings. Only one hanger in wardrobe. Bath corroded badly

The only thing I liked was the location and that they accept pets.

To start with, they gave me a normal room, it doesn't seem like it was a room that costs 225 euros a night. I went to take a shower and the bathroom was full of hair from different people and colors. I called and they told me that they didn't have any more rooms to change me into. And that I should file a complaint the next morning. The next morning I explained my situation and they told me that they were going to call me to fix this situation because I was leaving the place that morning and it's time and I'm still waiting for the call and they haven't solved anything for me.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are tired, especially the bathrooms which are needing a deep clean/remodel to get rid of the moldy sealant around the shower.

old fashioned rooms, needs all an upgrade. No facilities, restaurant was closed, bar was closed .... Only option was to go shopping next door. Disappointed. Further on, no restaurants close to it.

We decided to stay here because of the way we were made to feel welcome with our dog the last time we stayed. This time was no exception. Although, quite rightly, we were not allowed to take her into the dining are, we were allowed to take our breakfast into the reception area and enjoy it with our 'furball'.Reception staff were very helpful, the room clean and tidy with sufficient towels and bedding. The breakfast was good value with continental offering and sausages, bacon and scrambled egg available. There was ample parking.The nearness of large shopping centre was a real bonus.

The last time we stayed one of the two lifts wasn't working. This time it was the other of the two lifts. A little inconvenient but not insurmountable. We had fun finding our room because several room numbers were incomplete as they had fallen off the walls.A kettle would have been a welcome facility.

The location was good very near to the place I needed to go, nevertheless due to the mall near by the traffic was too much. The hotel is ok not bad but expensive for what the hotel itself offers and the room I got

It is a very standard hotel and for the prized paid was not worthy. I do not even have water on my room. Shower gel, shampoo came on a sachet. AC was also not working properly

The hotel looked just ok on the outside but much nicer inside. The room and bathroom were quite nice. Room had a fridge but not tea making equipment. Very close to a shopping centre and supermarket which was handy. Very good Value.

No tea making facilities in room. It was a bit far out of Madrid for us but fine depending on your plans.

Very good location, with easy access to the train and bus stations. Approximately 6 minutes by taxi to the center of Alcala de Henares.Lidl, Decathlon and shopping centers (La Dehesa and Quadernillos) right next to the hotel. A plus, but not for the hotel ?, La Dehesa has a self laundry, with decent prices, very useful in the case of a 7-day stay as we stayed.Very kind and attentive staff.Free parking.Overall, the room was spacious and clean, still important these days.

It is necessary to clean or even change the curtains and drapes in the rooms, as well as the carpet both in the hallway (the pink one) and in the rooms that have such.The breakfast was decent but without any vegetables ?.

Easy to get to free parking in the road good location.

There was a bar but it was closed .l asked if it opens and was told never.
